About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I have no complains about the counter staff waiting on the customers. They are kind, courteous and professional. My complain is about the delivery of my mail. Just this week I was expecting a book. I look on line and it shows that an attempted delivery was made. There should be no "attempt" to deliver at my door. There are two locked boxes next to the mail boxes specifically for packages too large for the mail boxes that are quite small and narrow. This necessitates a trip to the post office (I am handicapped) and at that time another package was given to me. Not the book. Where is the book? It means I have to make another trip to the post office to inquire. Also, that is not all, the mailman insists on stuffing large items in that small mail box and not using the box meant for packages. This results in damage to the first class mail and goods that are all squashed inside that package. for Pete's sake, use the box provided for packages. Do not attempt to deliver at the door of the recipient, chances are they are not home. Third, lately I have been finding mail meant for other tenants in my box and a couple of days ago my neighbor gave me my insurance bill that was put in her box. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Please investigate. I have already complained to the manager of that branch but am not sure anything will change.
