I would give them a 5 star, but they do not have a playground. My family and I moved into Nobl Park over 6 years ago. I will say it was a bit rundown at that time. Since then new managers have come along and cleaned up the riff raf that was going on and has also updated the windows and turned the fireplaces into gas , I love that, saved so much money on my heating bill. The maintenance in the past year has been super responsive and seems to know their business, The ladies in the office are always smiling when I walk in, The last place we lived we had a grouchy manager, so this is important to me. We love Nobl Park..
A sanctuary in a sea of Apartments......We were looking for an apartment where the basics are covered. Space inside and out, top rated maintenance, the best amenities, professional and knowledgeable staff, a place for Fido or children that is safe and functional, and where we would be secure. The rates for all of this are competitive as are the fees. We found our sanctuary at Park Crest Commons in Cascade Park, Vancouver. If you want that, look no further, go to Park Crest Commons. We bought a home so we had to leave, or we would still be there now, and for many years to come.

Wee Care has provided care for my child since he was 4 months old. I appreciate the family connection that the qualified teachers and staff have provided for my family. Wee Care is a great source for family resources. They were great when my son needed a speech evaluation. I have recommend Wee Care to many friends and family members.
Wee Care allowed an irate father to come into the same classroom as our daughter, after he asked for our daughter by first name and said he would "whoop her ass." Wee Care then gave this unstable man access to our daughter's FULL LEGAL NAME, so he can now find our address with a simple google search. Wee Care failed to inform us on the day it occurred; instead, they told parents of other unrelated children (who were mortified and thankfully told us). Wee Care failed to provide us with an incident report. Wee Care failed to immediately report the incident to DSHS as required by regulation, claiming their need to first perform in internal investigation. Wee Care failed to call the police after a threat of harm was made in a daycare facility. Wee Care failed to seek a restraining order itself against this man. Wee Care even failed to immediately tell this unstable father that he could not return to the daycare.We hope that others read this and protect themselves from Wee Care.
Nice little place, the owner tends to hang and party a lot with some unsavory characters, so I took my kids out.
This daycare is AMAZING! My son has been going here for the past 4 and a half years. The staff is incredible, friendly, professional and so much more. You can tell that it's not just a job for them and that they care about both children and parents. This place is a home away from home for my little guy and there's not much more you could ask for! I would recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone.
I've been living in these apartments for about 5 years an my experience has been wonderful!!! Lisa is an EXCELLENT manager, the best manager I've ever met. She is always very friendly and professional, she is always ready to help to make everything you need easy. Keeps the apartment complex clean, tidy and get perfect control of all details for the comfort and security of her tenants. The maintenance team are wonderful as well, they response immediately as you make a request. The apartment is beautiful, with an excellent location (close to I5, I205, 500, Vancouver Mall), good distribution, and Lisa always take care of the apartments and they look pretty good.Definitely it's an excellent place to live.
