My fiance and I sent in our tent pole because one section had snapped. We were told the turnaround would be just a couple weeks. After about 3 weeks, my fiance saw a charge on his credit card but no other details regarding return shipping, etc. Another 2 weeks after that, we still had not received the pole and it was getting close to our big 2 week long backpacking trip. I called the company and they said they shipped the pole but it was returned to them. I don't understand why but I assumed it might not be their fault but rather the post office or something. I started asking why they didn't call us to tell us it was returned and they said they did and left messages. We had no such messages and when I told the lady that, she said they must have dialed the wrong number. However, they had the correct phone number and address to charge the credit card! Then the lady got all sorts of attitude and said I couldn't have my pole unless I paid for the shipping. I said fine but that I was unhappy with their service. The lady then HUNG UP on me. Horrible customer service and inspite of telling me it would arrive gauranteed in two days - I still haven't seen it (3 days). We had to go buy a new tent for our trip. There are other companies out there and I would suggest using them.
