NEVER EVER AGAIN. We would normally just let this go as a bad experience, however if this help keep others from going through a bad experience and or helps this business improve ... then we want to just warn people that they are not as thorough as they claim and do not communicate with their customers as they say they do. They had our car for way to long and said they would take care of a few things which they never touched. I feel like our car sat at their lot for the whole time and then eight weeks after they did a rush job because they were behind. Also the damage to our car was minimal as we showed other shops our photos and they claimed it was a two week job at most ! We do not feel they even earn one star.!



Avoid taking your car here for...

Avoid taking your car here for repairs! The office does not communicate at all with customers. Had to call and call before they would return our phone calls. Work took a week longer than was estimated and yet no calls were made to inform us of this. Will never go back. Worst customer service I have ever had with a repair shop!




I brought my car to Bells because I had heard good things about the work they did. I left my car with them, with complete confidence. When I got the car back the dash board was lose and I was missing a control nob. After several phone calls and stopping in to Bells. I was told they would do nothing to fix their mistakes and they had thrown my control nob away. I will not be returning and advice others to find a different body shop.

This is absolutely untrue. If there was an issue we would have taken care of it. We NEVER would tell a customer that there is nothing we can do about it. This particular scenario never happened. We always go above and beyond to care for our customers.
