They DOUBLE CHARGED me and took out an $8 tip when I clearly said $3 and it was definitely legible. They chased us our thinking we didn't pay and requested a receipt, which we had, they did a TERRIBLE job on my boyfriend's pedicure. I will NEVER return and I will preach to everyone what a shady business this is.

Overall
I went to this place, because ...

I went to this place, because I wanted a cheap acyrlic set. (They only charge $27 for a set- nice for something inside a mall!) I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go to the cheaper place I wanted to try. The lady that was doing my nails had another nail tech sitting next to her... I thought at first it was because she didn't speak good English, but later I realized it was because she was must've just started working there. (Don't you just love when that happens?)

Well, all went well until she started filing after the acyrlic was put on. She was very rough and she ended up cutting my skin and making me bleed! I bled on the the nail file, and of course she didn't throw it away. I had to ASK for antibacterial stuff to be put on it! (I didn't want to get an infection- NONE of the cheaper nail salons I've been to are really sanitary IMO.) She said sorry multiple times, but I did NOT get a discount or anything... I did, however, give her less than a 5% tip, because I was pretty upset. Didn't make a big deal or yell at her or anything, because she looked sorry and I just don't like giving people in low-paying jobs crap like that.

Well, she did a pretty bad job on the polish and a less than satisfactory job on the acyrlic part... NOT going back there again, and I'd advise you don't either!

The good parts about it were that she did pay a lot of attention to making the nails sturdy and I'm sure they'll last for a while if I don't end up getting an infection and needing to take them off. I think I'll do my research on a place before I decide to get my nails done next time!!
