I was looking for a good shop to have some work done on my bike and this place came highly recommended. I needed a tune up, new front tire and was going to swap out my bars. After a few weeks I called to find out that we were waiting on my bars. The next week Brian calls and said these might not be what I wanted but since I was sick I had to wait a week to go test them. Once I went in, I agreed with his assessment and he had a second set of bars ready to go which was great. He took some measurements, said he had to order some risers and then possibly new cables and all was good, so I thought. Two weeks later I called and he told me he was waiting on parts but they’ll be there Tuesday. I asked if he had completed the other work and he told me he was waiting to do everything at once. A week later when I called, same story so I asked him to call me when the part came in which he assured me he would do. Two weeks later I called and I got another song and dance about how he didn’t realize the risers didn’t come with a part but once he got that in all he would need to do is order the cables which only take a day to get there. Again, I asked him to call me which he reassured me he would do. Long story short….he never called me with any status updates or issues he supposedly faced. About four months after dropping the bike off to him, I called to ask, yet again and this time he tells me he can’t do the bars, it’s costing him too much money, he’s going to have to order custom cables. Funny thing is I took it to another shop and was able to get new bars, risers, grips for a reasonable price and funny thing…no custom cables required. So I guess if you want horrible customer service and don’t mind being lied to constantly then this is a great place to go. I’d rather take my business somewhere that actually delivers on the services agreed upon in a timely and reasonable manner.

A Great Local Shop

A frequent customer. Excellent shop with good knowledgable staff and service.. (Brians great) . Its a smaller, local kind of shop. Their prices are not marked up like big chain powersports stores.Theres not much for stock on the shelves, (compared to a big dealership) but they have more than the basics, and you can always order any/every thing you need fast...

Ive always been satisfied on the quality of services Ive had done there, from tires to tune-ups. Its usually done quicker than the dealerships, and the hourly service rate is much much cheaper..

Just keep in mind, its not a dealership. Theyre fairly busy, so dont expect a employee and salesmen to cater to you every desire as you take a look around the store... Have a little patience if theres other customers in front of you.

Overall, a good LOCAL shop, with competive prices all the way around.

bad work bad service

I went there to get my ltz400 jetted when I originally called the mechanic told me that he's worked on it multiple times. And then it'd be a piece oc cake. he's worked on them a lot before the 450 came out. he told me it would take him 5 days after week I called them to see the progress of it they haven't even started on my quad at that point. they said they were all of a sudden really busy and they would get to my quad. I told them that need it done by a certain time. he said okay he would get to it. after another three days I called back they still hadn't started on it. they promised me they would get it done the day before I left to the dunes. when I got it back it wasn't running right. I called and told him he said he would fix it. I got my quad back today and it's supposed to be in perfect condition. It died twice in 5 minutes and I have to wait to let it cool down before will restart. needless to say I'm not happy with their work or their service. I will not take my quad back there even if they see the fix for free

No thanks. Took forever and the work was shoddy.

Not impressed by the work or the service. The job that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks took 2 months. There was no communication about progress. When I called to check up I was told weekly that it would be done early the next week and also told not to call back again and that they would call me for sure when it was ready. This went on for several weeks. I stopped in the shop to talk to them in person and found out that the job was finally done (they never called me like they said they would). The parts that I had painted were not prepped correctly. It looks like after finally getting around to painting they just rushed through it and sprayed over the old cracks and chips instead of sanding them smooth first. I will not be going back and would not recommend this shop to anyone.
