Great time buying my new car at Dick Hannah Subaru! Long Nguyen is a truly GREAT salesman, and an even greater guy!
Long Nguyen was incredible and went totally above and beyond what I thought was possible in dealing with a car salesman! He had a great sense of humor and worked extremely hard from the beginning. From the first time we met him, he was on full of enthusiasm, with huge smile! All the way from locating the vehicle to the end of the transaction and signing of paperwork. He worked extremely hard to get me the best deal for what I could afford, and was very informative with how the loan process works. He also gave me wonderful insight into things I can do in the near future to increase my credit worthiness, and goals to work towards in the future. I would totally recommend him 150% to any of my friends and family that might have the need to purchase a car in the future! Great guy...and, I LOVE MY CAR!!
I wasn't expecting to buy a car the day I did, but I'm glad I did. I love my new Subaru Forester. I was very pleased to meet Jeremiah over at Dick Hannah, he was very helpful and not too pushy. Overall seemed very genuine, friendly and helpful. Thanks again for getting me in my new ride!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I drove from SW Portland passing by other Subaru dealerships along the way because Huyen and the Dick Hannah Subaru team have such a good reputation for customer service. They delivered on all my expectations. They were focused on the customer and our buying experience rather than high pressure sales. They knew that with a quality product and a team you don't need tricks and pressure to close a sale. I will continue to buy my cars from Dick Hannah and if you're looking for a car Huyen is your man.

Jeremiah was very helpful on finding us a vehicle. We were able to trade in our old vehicle for a 2011 subaru outback. I recently purchased a new Subaru Impreza at Dick Hannah. I was quoted a price that I was happy with over the internet from Chris. I went to the dealership and placed the order through Ammar. Within two weeks my order was in. The whole process was swift and efficient which I greatly appreciated. Chris and Ammar were very pleasant to work with. The team at Dick Hannah Subaru was awesome! They let me drive the type of rigs that I wanted, then worked for 2 hours after closing to get me the best deal at the right price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used rig. They sold mine to me 2,000 below blue book!

From the very beginning to the very end I got exceptional service from everyone at Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver. Their team works side by side with each other and I never had to repeat or relay any of my questions or concerns to anyone. Every step of the way I was treated like I was the only customer that existed on the planet. I explained what I wanted and they took care of getting it, never pressured us and no scarcity tactics. On top of that they gave us, hands down, the best deal in the tri-county area. I'm looking forward to a long relationship and glad to be one of the newest members of the Dick Hannah Family, Thanks!

WOW! My wife and I, recently, completed the 2nd new car purchase in as many months from Dick Hannah Subaru. Ron Mentek, our sales person, was fun to work with. He treated us very well and was full of knowledge about the product. Kind of like Cliff (sp) of ""CHEERS"" fame. lol! His manager, Kenny Ngueyn, listened to us and was able to help us reach our payment goals with the lender.
Everything was explained to us clearly and up front without us ever having to ask for anything. There were not surprises at any stage along the way. Between the two of them working hard for us I can't imaging buying a car anywhere else ever as long as they are working there.

I highly recommend this dealership. This was the first time I am trying to buy a new car. I did all my internet research first and went in for a test drive. Ali was the first sales person to show me the selections and he is very helpful and nice even if I didn't purchase the car that day. Later I finally made my mind that I want a forester, I went in again, this time it was Sam Gibbs that helped me. I did a test drive on forester again just to make sure that is the car i want. I did the negotiation in person, it was a pleasant process, and we talked down to the price i want. and he let you know everything about my forester that I need to know and very helpful to answer my questions quick and nice every time.
He treated you like a well value customer when you purchase the car and after.
Unlike some other dealership, the salesperson didn't know who you are after months you got the car.

I genuinely had a pleasant experience purchasing my new Outback at Dick Hannah Subaru. I walked in there with all of my research complete, a quote from their internet sales dept in hand, and the car with the VIN I was quoted was right there, waiting for me to examine. Ammar Njoum helped me through the whole process from the moment I walked in the door to driving my new car off the lot. No funny business, no high pressure sales or attempts to upgrade anything... super happy with the process.

After being told a vehicle advertised on the internet, would be available at 2pm. I rented a car, drove 250 milles.. Only to find when I got there the vehicle was in the shop, needing body and engine work, and not available until Friday.. The salesman who told me the car would be available to sell at 2pm was not there..
I was not allowed to see it at all.
When I complained about the wasted expense and the time it took to drive to the dealership.... It was simply called a ""miscommunication""...
Yes a whole day off work, a 10 hour drive and a cost of over 250.00 for car rental and gas..Was just a miscommunication..
I call it a out and out lie.

Our visit to Dick Hannah Subaru was a complete different experience. Arriving at the lot Sam greeted us genuinely. He asked many great questions and together we talked about what exactly we were looking for, what was on our list of considerations, and what our lifestyle needs were in regards to a vehicle we have a small business and need to travel to shows and needed a 5 seat car. Sam was straight forward and kind making the whole experience lot easier than anticipated. He's an easy going guy who took the whole process at our speed. Sam has a genuine nature, sense of humor, knowledge and willingness to find answers to the questions I had, makes us highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru for your car needs. Also we wanted to say Curtis was wonderful working with us too his attitude was wonderful and we loved the ""Great News"" attitude he had. We came in looking for a used car and left with a fantastic new car that we will adore for many years to come. We are now proud Subaru owners! Many thanks!

To begin, I bought my 2010 Subaru Outback in May 2010. I chose Subaru because I know that the car is well made, has an excellent safety reputation, and the company is known for excellent customer service.
Although I am happy with the vehicle, I have not had a good experience with the people at Dick Hannah Subaru. In fact, I almost didnâ??t purchase my vehicle because the sales agent was so rude and blatantly disrespectful to me. Had it not been for the sales manager literally running from his office up to my car as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I would have never purchased my Subaru.
I have made several attempts to have my vehicle serviced at Dick Hannah Subaru. Every time I have brought my vehicle in or attempted to make a service appointment by phone, I have been given the run around by the staff. To date, my vehicle has 30,000 miles on it and has never been serviced because of this.
I work from home and am a mother of two small children. My gross income is $1,200 per month. My husband is unemployed and cannot work. It is tremendously important and vital to my work that my car is in good shape and running smoothly. Right now, the tires are almost bare and need to be replaced.
My husband and I have have contacted Dick Hannah Subaru on numerous occasions- in person and via telephone- to replace our tires and have the vehicle serviced. Each time we try to do this, we are told that because the vehicle hasnâ??t been serviced, we no longer qualify for the Tires for Life program. Today I called the service department and was informed that there is no record of my attempts at servicing my vehicle, and that there are no records of the times we have come in to have our tires checked. The person I was speaking to was unwilling to put me on the phone with the service department manager, and said there was nothing he could do.
I am beyond displeased with Dick Hannah Subaru, and feel that I have no choice but to inform your corporate office of my experience so far. As a woman and small business owner, I am particularly sensitive to how I am treated by other businesses. The customer service, or in my case, the lack of customer service is appalling. I expected much more from a company that markets itself towards young families in our area.
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER. READ ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS ON YELP. FIND ANOTHER DEALER TO GO TO. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRENDOUSLY AWFUL!!!!

I've been going to Dick Hannah for years with our Subarus and have been very pleased with the service. This latest visit to have new brakes put on was a pleasant experience. The shop was ready for me when I drove in, I was promptly greeted and took a tech out for a drive to demonstrate what was going on. I received my first phone call within the hour from service explaining what was needed and the cost. Later I received an email detailing the work and my invoice which I really appreciated because it's a document I could save on my computer for future reference. Now instead of wondering when I had my last work done or when the brakes were replaced and digging through files I can easily look up all the information on my computer. My car was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. All in all another great experience with Hannah Service.
