Dave Wakeman was the associate who hel;ped myself and my wife at this company. I have sold cars before and was skeptical of the service from the get go but Dave made us feel welcome and was very patient with all of us including my 14 month old daughter.
He suggested a car to fit our limited budget and found a finance option that worked perfectly. Not only that but when the following day he found a cheaper finance option he let us know so we could redo the paperwork for it. WHO DOES THAT? We got the perfect car at the perfect price and I can't believe I'm writing a positive care buying review. Not what I was expecting and I would whole heartedly recommend Dave and Dick Hannah. A stand up guy who never pressured us once.

I like car shopping, but I hate shopping at car dealers. Usually I try to find one straight from the owner I needed a work truck and found one online I wanted to check out from Dick Hannah Kia. When I called to see if it was still available, Steve answered the phone and was able to answer several questions I had about it. He also said they had a couple others there that I should check out to.
When I met Steve, I noticed right away that he didnt seem to be like the car salesman that I expected to meet. He was very friendly and wanted to be sure that the truck I bought was going to do everything I needed it to do I didnt get the usual garbage about how this was the one and only one that had the right stuff for me.
Steve made it very easy to choose the right truck for what I needed and to make it work in my budget. I never do things like write reviews or tell people where to shop but Steve was so different from what I expected I will tell my friends to call him when they need a truck or car. Thanks

My first impression with Dick Hannah in general was no pressure. I casually walked through 3 lots without being hounded by sales people. I finally stopped at the Kia store. After looking around a while I was asked if I had any questions. At that time I politely declined. When I was ready I went inside where David Wakeman asked if I needed some help. We talked some about the Rio's and after driving one we sat down and talked price. It was more than I was had to spend so after going back and forth a couple times the sales manager Mike came out and simply told me they could not sell it for what I could afford. He then took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and what price range. He said they just took in a 2004 Corolla with only 19k miles on it. It was exactly what I was looking for and was in my price range. I ended up purchasing the vehicle before they even had a chance to detail it and run it through their shop. Of course I could not take the car until that was done. It was a Sunday that I purchased the car, but come Monday they were quick to get it through their service department. Since this car had studded snow tires on it when I purchased it I had them put the nice wheels and tires on it for me. The car looked brand new when I picked it up on Monday. On my way home I noticed the nice wheels and tires needed to be balanced because the car would shake over 65 mph. I took it right back and they got it in the shop right away. A couple days later after driving it up and down the freeway I noticed it needed a slight alignment that was really only noticeable down the highway at higher speeds. David had me bring it back in the following Monday, but they were not able to get it done that same day since it was in the evening and an alignment takes a while. Mike was more than willing to give me a 2012 Kia Sportage as a loaner for free to drive home to Kelso. I picked the car up the following day and it is basically like a brand new car. My wife and I could not be happier with the car or the service we received from David Wakeman and Mike the sales manager. Thank you guys!

I always dread car shopping - who doesn't? Well, now that I know where to go and who to see - Steve Davis at Dick Hannah Kia, I won't dread it in the future! Steve was quick to respond to my emails, set up a time that fit my schedule, and very helpful all the way around! Even though the car I thought I wanted wasn't really waht I needed, Steve worked hard to find the one that is just perfect! Way better gas milage than what I looked at online, and plenty of room for the fam! If you need a car go see Steve!

""Lifted"" is the only words I can use to describe my experience at Dick Hannah Kia. I was met by an English salesman named Dave Wakeman who was so attentive and personable. He showed me a range of cars and answered all my questions with knowledge and honesty. To me this made him stand head and shoulders above any other car salesman I have dealt with before.
Then I met Dave Cady who I have to admit, was absolutley awesome. He showed and explained in detail the difference between leasing and purchasing and which plan would work better for me.
Thank you everybody at Dick Hannah especially the brother's Dave!!. It really was a great experence that I would recommend to everybody looking for a new or pre-owned car.

A fantastic experience from the start. From my initial phone contact to the completed sale, Curt at Dick Hannah Kia was polite, kind, knowledgable and most importantly, very low pressure.
He exlained everything I needed to know about my new AWESOME Kia Exclaim and never once made me feel like I was asking a ""stupid"" question (even if I did...). He even took the time to show me how to hook up the bluetooth on my new phone that I barely have learned to use!
He and the their Finance Manager, Bret Barnes, gave me a fantastic deal and were, honestly, two of the nicest people I've met. I would recommend Dick Hannah Kia to anyone in the market. I will always go there in the future if I plan on replacing my Kia Exclaim but it will be a long time from now! And... their service plan is awesome!!

Barry was great. I would send all my friends and family his way in a heartbeat. He was so charming and very funny, not pushy like most of the sales people I have had the displeasure of meeting. We had a great experience at Dick Hannah Kia. Our salesman Brian Johnson was great. He did not ever make us feel like there was pressure to buy, he didn't steer us in different directions and only showed us the vehicle that we were interested in seeing. He went over several options for purchasing the van. He had a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. He is definitely someone we would see again when we are ready to purchase another car and I would recommend him to any of my friends.

I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car. I met with Curt Torson, salemen at Dick Hannah Kia and told him what our budget was and what we needed. He found exactly the car for our needs and within our budget. The entire process was quick, easy and painless. It was so painless that my husband also got a new car!!!

I bought a new Soul from Dick Hannah Kia a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised by how enjoyable and low-pressure Steve made the whole evening. Even though I came in not even considering the Soul, after talking to me Steve showed me how it would do everything I asked for plus save me money and get me better gas mileage than the SUV I thought I needed. I am so glad I let Steve show me how the Soul would work for me! It is the perfect blend of what I need! Thank You Steve and Thank You Dick Hannah Kia!

I am no nonsense, cut to the chase type buyer and will (and have) walked out if the salesman ""plays the car game"". Steve is a no pressure sales person, while at the same time was concerned about helping us find the right vehicle. This is just what I needed. Steve treated me with attention, respect, and professionalism. He listened to what our needs were for a vehicle and worked to get us the right vehicle. I recently purchased a new Sorento from Dick Hannah Kia and Brian Johnson. I had trouble with coordinating my schedule to be able to make a conventional purchase and they went well above and beyond to make everything wonderful. I highly recommend you to at least stop by and shop, the staff is courteous and professional all the way to the top!

I've purchased from Dick Hannah in the past, twice, but working with Dick Hannah Kia was by FAR the best interaction I've ever had with any dealership in my life. I've bought about 12 car from dealerships before and am quite familiar and comfortable working with all their tricks and gimmicks, but I can say without any reservation that all of my future purchases will absolutely be with Dick Hannah Kia.
Specifically, Luis Serrano and John (finance) were absolutely wonderful. This is the second time I've dealt with Luis, although I didn't buy the first time around, and Luis gave my wife and I the utmost respect, time to look for what we wanted, and was just outstanding in actually listening to us and helping us find something in inventory that was right for our family both times. I highly recommend asking for Luis.
I'll also say that we came came to Dick Hannah Kia (and specifically Luis) because we had a horrid experience at another nearby dealership that won't be repeated. All of the staff at Kia took good care of us and worked very hard at helping us simply because it was the right thing to do. I will say that although all of the Hannah dealerships are technically owned by the same entity, not all are the same. If you are thinking about buying ANY vehicle from any of the Hannah dealerships, Luis can sell you something used or new from any of the lots. I can't say enough about how great the Kia crew is, you'll understand once you talk to them.
