My husband and I have been on a search for a vehicle for quite some time. After narrowing down our options and deciding a Jeep Cherokee is what we were wanting, we were just waiting for a good deal. On Memorial Day weekend we found just that at Dick Hannah Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram in Vancouver Washington. Even though I feel the dealership was outstanding, what truly made a difference in our buying experience was our sales representative named Steve Bushey. He pushed and shoved to get us exactly what we wanted plus some. He did not ask us to compromise, instead getting us an INCREDIBLE deal on a completely upgraded Jeep we never thought we would be able to afford. This was my husband and my first car buying experience and Steve made it as painless and easy as possible. If you are ever in the market for a new car go to Dick Hannah Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram and ask for Steve Bushey!!

A little over a year ago, I purchased a 2006 Jetta VW TDI. I was very skeptical about taking my car to a Dealer for any kind of service. Because I had a diesel, I decided to chance it just one time and scheduled a service with Hannah VW. My most recent service was March 15th. As it was the previous times, the service was superb, the price is fair and the employees are very friendly. I can't ask for more. Big change from the past. Thank you Hannah VW.

To: Dick Hanna Jeep
I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to your diligent staff. I would also like to especially thank Steve Bushey our sales rep.
In need of a newer vehicle my wife and I used the 3 step approach. Step one is the standard internet search while using the Kellyâ??s Blue Book (Price evaluation guide) as a price comparison model. Having searched through many web sites and observed many different new and used vehicles, with varying prices and options my wife and I finally decided on what we wanted in a vehicle. We then began Step two; the physical door to door canvassing search.
Having already purchased a jeep previously we were adamant about getting a newer jeep at a fare price. Having decided to leave the dealers for last, mainly because of their history of approaching each sale with high pressure sales tactics and substandard financing, we began by canvassing the smaller lots first. I have to say though the smaller lots tactics were a whole lot worse. The smaller lots greeted us with the old bait and switch routine way too often. Instead of saying they didnâ??t have any jeeps they just tried persuading us to by a different vehicle all together. When we didnâ??t get the bait and switch we were met with overpriced Stock and attempts at padding the costs.
Tiring of the smaller lots antics we decided to give Dick Hanna a try. We were presently surprised when we were warmly greeted by Steve our sales rep, with no pressure involved. Informing him of what we were looking for he immediately informed us that Dick Hanna my not have what we were looking for but we could browse anyway. Within minutes we found the jeep we had been looking for. Keep this in mind please for those who are pet owners we purchased this vehicle because of paw prints. That is correct paw prints. Out of all the vehicles on the lot ours was the only one that had cat paw prints running down the hood. WE are cat owners and took it as a good sign.
There was no sticker price on the Jeep but we wanted it anyway. Steve left and returned in less than a few minutes with Dickâ??s offer for the jeep. Unbelievably it was an exact match to Kellyâ??s pricing for the jeep. We had the finances to pay cash for the jeep but we decided to go the financing route instead. Within minutes we were financed with a very reputable financer and out the door with a new jeep.
Once again my wife and I would like to say thanks to Dick Hanna, Staff and Especially to Steve for his patient understanding and quick work on our behalf. So if youâ??re ever in the market for a new or even good used jeep, stop by Dick Hanna and ask for Steve. Steve did right by us and I am sure he will do right by you as well.

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee From Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver, Wa. on Dec. 26th ,2011 from Steve Bushey. I have purchased many other new cars from different dealerships and I have to say this one of the most pleasant car purchases I have made. Steve was very professional and worked hard to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was was happy with the purchase. Steve made me feel relaxed and welcome at the dealership. He spent well over two hours with me during the purchasing process. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and he made sure that I got it! After all was said and done with paperwork, Steve took me to my new car and explained all of the equipment on the car and made my first maintenance appointment for me. He told me several times that if I need any help with things like programming the stereo/satellite system, to call him and he would be glad to help....not many salesmen that I've worked with before have ever done this! Since the purchase, not even one week at this time, Steve has called me a couple of times to ensure that I am happy with the purchase When I had to change the payment due date on my new contract, they even sent some one out to my house to resign papers when they found out I was ill and couldn't come into the dealership!!
Kudos to Dick Hannah Jeep for having a salesman like Steve Bushey!!
I also have the say that Sammy the finance manager was also very good and easy to work with!

After barely making it to the dealership (my Jeep had to be pushed into the Shop), the Dick Hannah Jeep Dealership was quick to get my Jeep in for repair.
Paul Quimby was detailed in explaining what services were performed and the machanics had my car repaired in record time.
Overall I had a great experience. Ouch on repair costs but that is the way it goes. Thanks

Took my Grand Cherokee in for an oxygen sensor.
Q outed 130 plus tax. Final bill 162 including tax. Not bad and part was correct Chrysler part and labor was fair. They also checked everything out and corrected all the recalls. The recall items took more time than I had allotted, but all was finished by early a.m. the following day. A good experience, good communication and service, and shuttle is a good touch. Thank you BRM
Against my gut feel I arrived at D. Hannah looking for a vehicle advertised online. I was able to locate the vehicle and was attended to by Ray. He was sincere and not at all typical of what I expected. The transaction was easy and although it still took longer than I would have wished (3.5 hours), I left with the vehicle we targeted. The sales manage, Milton, was equally pleasant and overall I have to say it was the easiest transaction I have ever had at a dealer. This was my second purchase at D. Hannah, the first being an awful experience, so perhaps they've found a solution to pushy sales and cheesy practices?
My wife brought our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to D. hannah to have a remote start looked at (best buy) messed up the install. She authorized $150 for the work, and got the oil changed. They told her it would be completed at 3:00, when she showed up at 5:00 it still wasn't done. After sitting there for an hour she went to pay...$364.38, and the only work that was done was the oil change!!! After talking to the Service manager Matt she told him that we will NEVER return and he couldn't care less. Have your Jeep worked on somewhere else!
Hanna Chrysler/Jeep had sold us a 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertable that had been in an accident, without disclosing this fact at time of purchase. When confronted with this, we were told that they knew nothing of an accident and did not believe our claim to be true and was told that they had the best lawyers in the business as a scare tactic to get us not to persue the matter thru legal means. However after they performed their own inspection of the vehicle, and verified that it had suffered damage in an accident, their tone changed from one of disbelief to since we did not know this problem existed, it is not our problem to try to correct it. We were told that the damage to the vehicle could not be repaired. Never did they offer to buy back the vehicle, their solution was to trade the vehicle for another with payments that would be greater than a 150.00 above what current monthly payments. The have lost a customer for life.
