Terrible customer service. Product on offer with no one else in the store was not available as she was on her own....
OMG is right!!! I have rented a PO box there for a little over a year now. I have a small business and receive extremely important mail and could never understand why it was always taking so long to receive it in my box, knowing the mail had been sent in an adequate amount of time from my customers and vendors. Recently, I went in on a Saturday to check my box because a payment from a customer was several days overdue. There was absolutely no one in the store except the owner and he was not doing anything. I asked him if the mail had been delivered that day and he said yes. I very politely asked him if he would please do me a favor and simply look through it to see if it was in the delivery. I told him that I had been waiting for an extremely important piece of mail to be delivered and I would sincerely appreciate his taking a little bit of time to do this favor for me. He very rudely said no and that he was not ready to sort through any mail yet. I asked him again, stressing the importance of it and that I would greatly appreciate this favor and being of help to me. He again was very rude and said he would not help me and would only get to it when "it was time for him" to do so. I told this little man that I could not even believe that he could not take a few minutes to help a customer when there was absolutely no one else in the store and he was sitting down at a computer. I told him his customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and would be taking my business elsewhere. He wouldn't even look me in the eye and continued to just sit in his chair. I went to Postal Annex a few blocks away and what a contrast! They were professional and maintained a very clean store. They have longer hours as well. Not surprisingly, the mail that had been taking so long at the other place was in my new PO Box generally 3 days earlier than the other place! I don't believe that this rude little man at Mailboxes Plus has much of a chance of being successful with such a poor attitude and no concern whatsoever for his customers or the appearance of his store which is unkempt, very little merchandise and no appeal or welcoming feeling when you go in. I too do not recommend this place and urge anyone considering going there to please take their business to one of the other nearby stores. I do not trust this man at all with my mail and know now that he does not distribute the received mail to the PO Boxes in any sort of a timely manner. Our mail is too important to all of us to allow him to handle any of it. I too will be reporting the owner to the BBB...this guy just doesn't get it!!! Too bad there isn't a minus stars rating.
DO NOT TAKE YOU PACKAGES HERE! This man did not want to help my obviously pregnant wife get a bulky package out of her car. He then did not want to label the package fragile or this end up for her because, he said, it would not matter, or change his handling of the package. He, in fact, threw a pen at her finally, and said you figure it out. My wife was in tears leaving this place. The customer service, if you can even call it that, was horrendous, and I will never go here again.
OMG This place has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! I sell items on Ebay and drop off my packages with pre-paid label already on the package... I have dropped several others at this place and have purchased here as well.... I had my husband go in and drop off a package that already had the pre-paid label on it... And the man which Im assuming is the owner sent my husband away and said you have to go to the post office.... When My husband told me that I called and asked why..When he is a mail service. The man called me back and said he is not making any money or revenue off of me and he does not know my husband so he sent him away...Wow is that customer service or What!! All he cared about is revenue and doesnt care that it is costing someone else gas to now go to the post office because he is not making a dime.... I do not recommend this place at all and I am reporting this buisness and the owner to the better Buisness bureau... Very rude person and their customer service is terrible.
I shipped an item with Mill Plain Shipping, paid them to package it, and it was damaged during shipping. I filed a claim with FedEx, but it was denied because I was not the shipper. Mill Plain Shipping was the shipper so they had to file the claim. FedEx picked up the damaged item to inspect it, and while doing so did more damage to it. After two and a half months I finally was forced to file a small claims lawsuit because Mill Plain Shipping wasn't handling it, and wasn't communicating with me. As soon as I had them served I received a letter in the mail with a check for part of the damage, but not all of it. The letter included a threat to counter sue me if I did not drop the suite. Needless to say I am not dropping the lawsuit.
