The new owners, Ty and Sandy are top notch! I've had both of them do my nails and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are professional, fast, and you will love the quality of their work. This is the place to go if you're looking for people who take pride in doing the very best work. I've had my nails done for over 25 years and in my opinion, they can't be beat! Kathryn
First Class service from Lena - beautiful shop, brand new equipment, fabulous pedicure chairs, quiet atmosphere unlike most nail shops. Highly recommend!
I have visited their business many times and on multiple occasions they did not listen to the service I asked for. One occasion, I had taken a friend and the lady insisted we tip with cash. We had told her we would tip on our cards, which she told us no, we needed to tip in cash. Second, I had asked if she could paint me nails a little closer to the cuticle and I get such grief about the request that I refuse to go back and I would like people to know my experiences there. While I waited a lady who had an appointment was still waiting a half an hour later and ended up leaving due to time issues. I do not recommend!
Great place! I have been going to perfectionnails for 5 years and they are always friendly, speedy and efficient! Amy, the owner takes such great care of her employees and the customers who come in there. They give direction on picking a color and exact chair to sit in. I would recommend them to everyone!
I always hated getting my hair done until I found Belle La Vie. Going and getting my hair done use to be a chore now it’s enjoying. I love going and seeing Rasada she is an expert and a wonderful person I enjoy my time with her. The atmosphere is so relaxing I look forward to getting my hair done now! Her haircuts and color are the best I have never been happier with my hair. Thanks Rasada & Marie you’re the best
This was my 2nd visit. I came back because I loved the job by Ann my first time. However I noticed that as an African American I was again the ONLY 1 asked to pay prior to the service being completed. After I paid (so no presumption that this was a plot to avoid paying) I asked if there was a reason I was the only customer asked to pay ahead of time. He explained it was because he didn't want me to mess up my nails and recommended that I get my keys out as well just in case. On my way out I pulled him aside and pointed out that I didn't by his argument. His statement implied that I was the only customer he cared about and to not judge a book by the cover. Treating minorities differently does both the customer and his establishment a disservice. I hate dealing with my nails and would have been a loyal customer had it not been for this obvious discriminatory treatment.
I have always receive excellent service and gracious hospitality at this salon. Visited over a year !
Disgusted after watching our 9 year old get charged $65.00 for a mani pedi ( gel on fingers) Their prices are clearly posted on the web and they simply took advantage of our daughters' naivitie. Shame on this business. When my husband went in to discuss it they stated the posted price of "$15 Shellac Manicure" is actually for a polish-change only and the $36 ManiPedi is without shellac ( makes sense) but it will cost $30 to add shellac to a manicure... For a 9 year old. The owners should be ashamed of them selves.
I had a very good experience at Natural Nails. I had acrylic nails done. She even did Halloween nail art for free.Other nail salons I left with tons of pain from the application and fills. Not here. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I got nicked by cuticle scissors once. I will be going back for fills and nail art. Very friendly and clean.
BEWARE!! My daughter had her nails done here. She came home from there with swollen fingers, blisters, and itching around her nails. She tried to get her money back and they embarrassed her in front of costumers They wanted her to put her fingers in the acetone with blisters on her fingers!!! She never got her money back!! She went to the Dr's and they said dirty tools were to blame. BEWARE!!
