This includes water, electric and trash pickup (electric not to exceed $50.00 a month - Any amount over this you are responsible) We are located 8 miles west of Historic New Bern, N.C. We are only 20 miles from Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and 5 miles from Vanceboro.
