Poor workmanship and does not honor agreements

Pacific Energy claimed to have replaced a faulty unit in October 2010 but it was evident by the stains from the leaking water and loud noises in early November that the unit was not replaced, rather just repaired. After numerous attempts to have Pacific Energy return, they finally returned in May 2011, after I had agreed to pay for the return service call and an one year service agreement. On this service visit, the technician told me that he was directed by Tom Squier, the owner, to just make it work. I had later in June 2011, another company replace the unit and it has been working since. The service agreement called for two visits, one in October 2011 and the other in April 2012, and Pacific Energy failed to make the October service call. Attempts to have Tom honor the service call were fruitless so I decided to stop dealing with Pacific Energy. I do not recommend Tom Squier and Pacific Energy.
