I've had my car detailed there several times. I have always been very happy with the customer service and the prices. Everyone is very nice and seem to enjoy their job. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

This place goes above and beyond. They are very professional. I brought my truck to them after it was repaired and painted. The pervious body shop left my truck with a terrible case of orange peel and tape lines. The team at Uptown Car Wash did a over the top job wet sanding and polishing. Not only did they do the work at a low price they repaired a couple of rock chips in the paint for free. I would recommend this shop to everyone who likes there work done right and in a short time period. Will definitely be returning!!! Thank you guys, awesome work!

They made me look like an idiot. The day before I brought my car in the guy told me if I got there early enough (at 9) then he could guarantee that my car would be ready by 2. I brought it in the next day before 9, and came back at 2, waited 30 more minutes & it wasn't ready. He kept saying 'it really needed 15 more minutes' every time he came out. The guy also acted like i was dumb for expecting the car to be ready, when they guaranteed me it would be ready. They had the car running to dry the carpet so it wasted my gas, the seats were SOAKING wet for 3 days after, and they called me at 4:30 to tell me that they forgot to put some of my things back in the car. I assumed my expensive, all weather floor mats were one of these things. I had my friends husband pick the stuff up for me since I live 40 minutes away & they told him there were no floor mats. So those went missing. Then when I called them they accused me of lying & got cross with me. I've never been more floored in my life. Ever.

I needed my wife's van detailed and took a chance on this newer business. The service and quality was far beyond anything I ever expected! I would HIGHLY recommend Uptown to anybody that wants the finest auto detailing around!!!
