      Service

      We'll see how they do. I have an appointment for tomorrow and then will update this review. Hopefully all will be well, been two weeks with no dishwasher

      Overall

      Go somewhere else. It took 6 days to have serviceman show up. I told them the problem and provided the model number during initial call. Showed up with no part and said it had to be ordered. (This was the pump-common part for a common brand)
      Took 6 more days for him to come out the second time.
      $140 service call. Find another company would be my advice.

      Overall

      I had dealt with Lisa she was wonderful and helped me after Samsung said we broke our own fridge so the warranty was voided out and she helped me work with Samsung to get it taken care of. Thank you Lisa
