        I used this appliance repairman a few years ago for my 15-year-old washing machine. The agitator had quite operating. Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the machine quickly and effectively. I don't recall what I was charged back then, but I know I did not feel scammed at all.

        Because of my previous positive experience with Paul, I dismissed the two negative reviews and called Paul again to repair a refrigerator that was leaking on the floor periodically. I called him around 9am and he advised that he had four calls already scheduled so he would be available late afternoon. Paul arrived about 5 and found a loose seal on a drainage tube. He did need to use a few paper towels and a kitchen cloth to control the water falling onto the floor. I did not find that to be a problem.
        Paul charged $105 which I thought was a fair price.

        I did not find him to be rude or unreasonable as the other reviewers claimed.

        WORST SERVICE EVER!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "company" (It consists of an unprofessional elderly man named, Paul) Paul starting looking at washer and dryer, cleaned it without me instructing to do any of this! This was for an insurance claim for water damage. I only needed him to take a look, he knew this ahead of time when I made the appointment. Instead I was insulted and treated like a 1950's housewife and told "it's common sense that repair men work and get paid for service." I was then asked bluntly for 125.00 cash or check for his 25 minutes worth of service, which by the way consisted him using my paper towels and wiping some lint away. RIP OFF!!!!

        Had a technician come out to look at my LG washer that was showing a code for a motor problem, his phone told him to change the motor sensor. When that did not fix the washer he asked to be alone for a few minutes to think and after ten minutes still couldn't come up with a professional explanation why the washer wasn't working. He decided not to charge me the full price of $220.00 and only charged me $150.00 for a new sensor and labor. Then told me to call someone else to come look at the washer. From now on I will always call someone else instead of this company and I suggest you do the same.

        I called and made an appointme...

        I called and made an appointment for a Monday from 3:30 to 7:00. They never showed up or called. I finally recieved a call on Wednesday with a response that my appointment feel threw the cracks.
