I used this company for a while, was pleased until my dog was poisoned by one of their rat traps. While they paid the emergency vet bill right away, I also thought I would do them a favor and purchased a carpet cleaner instead of the expense of bringing in a professional cleaning service - which would have been quite a bit more. The company did pay my vet bills, but my time away from work to take care of going to the vet, the cleaner and my time, while I never asked for reimbursement for my time, I was denied any money towards the cleaner. So ultimately with my time away from work and the cleaner I am out more than the vet bills to take care of my poisoned dog. I technically should not have been out of pocket one penny.
