I wish I can divide the star to give less star than a full of 1 star. As of my experience at this location for service for many years I would recommend anybody to go to other toyota dealer to get service. Recently I had check light turned on my car so I went to get check. They couldn't find anything wrong but they assumed my gas cap was loose before to causee the check like turned on and charged $49.95 for checking the light although my car has been only a year old which I still have warranty. Important thing is they assumed; not that there is a evidence if it may had the loose gas cap in the past. Just incase I called the other toyota and asked what if the check light turn on because of gas cap was maybe loose in the past; the answer was it will fix at no charge. Frontier Toyota lost a customer actually many of their customers because I don't think I would come back to this dealer again nor I won't say a good thing to my friends and neighbors.
Surprised on the low rating for service. Have been going here for years with multiple family Toyotas with no problems. Chris G. Is our service guy and does a fantastic job. He let's us know if additional maintenance needs to be done and will not perform the maintenance until we authorize it. If it is a do it yourself project he will also let us know.
Came to an agreed upon "out the door" price with Vic on a 2007 4runner and was driving out when phone rang and Quaid, Vic's side kick, stated they just sold the car. What happened to honesty and integrity. Do not waste your time with these jokers!
Its very common to see slow service at Toyota dealers but this place is extremely slow. They didnt even tell me estimated time when my car will be done. Also don't be fool with the timings. They say they open at 7 but service doesn't really start till 8. Very disappointing..
This Place gave me the best deal for my car, They took my Nissan 300z and gave me a good trade in price and also gave me a great deal on a brand new Camry SE. I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend everyone go there and see Butch. He was very honest and not pushy at all.
The Service Department tends to treat women like we are all potted plants.
When I had a problem with my alignment on my Prius, I was upset and the Man (?) who “helped” me claimed I was so rude he was upset, afraid?, whatever, so now they will not fix even the recall service on my 2007 Prius!
Complained to Toyota of North America, who is looking out and promised to find me another dealership to help me at no charge!
The main battery is also having problems and Frontier wants 100 dollars to run a diagnostic on the battery!
But of the battery dies on the road, they this will fix it, after I have it towed o the shop!!!!!
I have noticed the men the men who come in are treated with respect, but the women are treated like bimbos!
After 30 years of buying Toyotas, this my last one!
