Had to wait in line when there was no one in front of me, the cashier was not welcoming or friendly once she was able to address my pickup. Rang me up with inaccurate insurance coverage. Began to help another person while I was still standing at the register. Once corrections were made and transaction complete, just handed me my bag and continued talking with other familiar customers.
The entire staff in Pharmacy needs to be retrained in Customer Service, Everyone seems to work at their own pace. You can hear the Technicans and the Pharmacist having their own conversation. They do not push for a 90 day supply of a patient meds. This would keep folks from coming every month and usually cheaper on the copay .I am disappointed each time I fill my scripts.I want o know who is the District Manager.
They are great except during the rush hour times... lol but who doesn't expect that!
Never had done business with them before today, I needed a part for my owned oxgen concenterator. Tina was so pleasent , service was great, price was better than on line. I'm so pleased.
These people are crazy. Most of the time its business as usual but you might walk in one day and they start making you jump through hoops and want to hold your debit card as hostage. I swear that piece of work packaginb the meds is a mantis shapeshifter... and I never believed in shapeshifters until this creepazoid walked up to me.
Slow service. Took ten minutes to come to window then they did not have my prescribed medicine.
