The entire staff in Pharmacy needs to be retrained in Customer Service, Everyone seems to work at their own pace. You can hear the Technicans and the Pharmacist having their own conversation. They do not push for a 90 day supply of a patient meds. This would keep folks from coming every month and usually cheaper on the copay .I am disappointed each time I fill my scripts.I want o know who is the District Manager.
Took forever to get to me then with 30 min left they were closing up the auto service early and said they didn't have time-ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The experience was HORRIBLE the front cashier was speaking loudly to customers in a I don't care attitude. Then she told a elderly lady in line if she doesn't like it go to Walmart very UNPROFESSIONAL! !!
They are great except during the rush hour times... lol but who doesn't expect that!
Slow service. Took ten minutes to come to window then they did not have my prescribed medicine.
