The worst customer service i think o have ever experienced. Wont be going back. The lady at the drive through was extremely rude.
Listed on YP as being open until 11:00pm on the weekend. But at 10:30 on this Sunday they were no longer serving. They need to fix the weekend hours or continue to serve until closing hours listed. Disappointed.
I ordered shrimp with walnuts and the shrimp were unseasoned and no walnuts. The people were nice but very busy
Stopped by this restaurant for lunch today and left wishing we hadn't. My fiance, a disabled veteran who served 14 years in the United States Army, presented his identification for the "veteran's discount" that many Wendy's restaurants give...and was denied. The manager or owner (not sure which) refused to honor the discount. The guy went crazy, in fact, repeatedly yelling "If he's not a 20 year veteran, no discount!!!" It was absolutely absurd, and goes a long way toward explaining why this particular Wendy's location never seems as busy as the other restaurants on this street. My fiance is service disabled, made obvious by his amputations. He also suffers from musculoskeletal damage and severe PTSD from his time deployed. He gave just as much in the service of his country as a 20 year veteran, if not considerably more than some who retired whole. He has never had any difficulty receiving his much-deserved veteran's discount at any other establishment, and we've used it several times at other area Wendy's with no problem. We enjoy Wendy's food and tend to opt for it when we have a "fast food" kind of day...but henceforth we (along with friends and family) shall boycott this particular location and I'm going to leave this review anywhere it might be seen in hopes that other veterans and military families might do the same. I'll also be contacting Wendy's corporate as well as the BBB because I think a case could be made for discrimination here and it requires resolution.
I really enjoyed coming here to eat a Few days ago, The employess were quick to greet me upon my entry, and I got my order taken quickly and they brought my food out in a timely manner. I will be going back!
On line Order wasn't ready as indicated. Entree Portion "The Large Plate Size 3 entrees were like a child's portion; but lots of Rice (I ordered 1/2 fried & 1/2 plain) 1 entree put into a very tiny Chinese container of Pacific Chili Shrimp & it wasn't even at the rim of the box. Shrimp was good! Rice must be instant rice or is soak then rinsed several times which removes most of the natural starch; I make a lot of rice at home, I know rice! Sweet Fire Chicken was over cooked, rubbery texture & Broccoli Beef should be called Broccoli 3 small pieces of Beef. The Food lacks any true traditional Chinese Flavor; advertise Hot Spicy dishes; but are very mild Of course I'm sure all of this is pre measured & the employees just heat /cook the food. I only saw 1 wok being used. If 1 wok no wonder food in the display looked dried out. I tried to order on line 2 meals, can't! Use group feature which they charge a fee. Is not Amer Chinese Cuisine it's like a Public School Cafeteria food.
Dear Franchise Owner of the N.Ashley St. KFC in Valdosta,GA: I, and a lot of other folks, wish you would open a location in Lake Park and hope you will consider doing so; KFC would get a warm welcome! Yes, we have Zaxby's and other nice places, but KFC has menu choices none of these offer. Would like to tell you how impressed I am with the courtesy and professionalism of the employees at all the KFC locations in the Valdosta area. They are terrific and so is your wonderful menu! Sincerely, Nancy Conway (email@example.com)
Worst kfc I've ever been to. Also a rip off. Their chicken brest. are half the size of any other at any kfc I've ever been to.
I went to McDonald's about an hour ago and got a cheeseburger, hamburger and a Buttermilk Chicken sandwich. Well the dollar burgers were flattened by palm of hand...just cause it's a buck doesn't mean you get sloppy with it's taste or appearance. Now for the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich. The bun was hard as three day old bread and looked like it spent to much time in the toaster. As for the chicken, dry and spicy. Too spicy. From now on we'll eat in so we can send it back over and over till its done right.
When McDonalds coffee is fresh it's hard to beat. But to often they try to pawn off coffee that's been on the burner for hours. This mainly happens in the afternoon when coffee is not the choice beverage. Regardless of the coffee the help is always polite.
