      Called this location today and spoke with Madeline . I explained a small emergency (broken glasses) and the need to get an immediate replacement . She was unfriendly and had a condescending tone . She was very unsympathetic as she told me at the end of the discussion that the doctor would not be end until the middle of next week. I have not experienced customer service issues from any of the older employees that work at this location . My suggestion is that Madeline do a better job of welcoming inquiries .
