I cannot say enough good things about these folks. I lived in a home they manage for a year and can say that they were very responsive to any problem, and there were few. No one can prevent the death of an appliance, but they replaced it quickly. I rent the home I own in another state and realize how difficult it can be to respond to "concerns" of the renter -- that is one thing that makes me so pleased with Lincoln Realty. I have rented in four countries and rate these folks among the best property managers in my experience.

I recommend them without reservation and would rent from them again in a heartbeat!!

If you enjoy vermin having free reign in your home, give Lincoln a call! They specialize in giving you the worst customer service they possibly can, and they're fantastic liars! As a poor college student, I absolutely LOVE rats, and Lincoln does too! Big rats, small rats, diseased rat stew! Contracts are not legally binding documents at Lincoln. They're more of a "here's some rules. If it doesn't cost us a dime, we'll help ya out. If it does....well bad lack, Chuck!" kinda deal. Lincoln Realty considers themselves a dictatorship, and just who do they dictate, might you ask?: the health department, lawyers, federal rental laws, clients, customers, and your sanity! So come on down to Lincoln- so your friends and you can contract a deadly disease, too!
