Greenbriar Apartments

This place was ran down and full of drug dealers and users... it has recently went under new management and it has cleaned up tremendously... it is currently being renovated as apartments are being prepped for rental... the manager will do her best to make sure everyone is happy... they have monthly pest control and the maintenance is addressed promptly... 15 new tenants have moved in since February and are very happy with the service they receive... not only is the new tenants happy but the other tenants are happy with the improvements that have taken place... it is a quiet complex now with the abusers have left or been evicted...

I highly recommend that no one lives here. The place should have been torn down years ago. The property manager does not fix things when orders are put in until they get ready, you have no privacy because they have relatives living out here like spies, they disturb you on weekends when they should be off and it is not a nice appearance to begin with inside or out. Also the place has many many roaches that won't even die when you fog the place. This is not a place you want to consider staying desperate or not and they had the nerve to boost the rent since 2008 which also had a very disturbing review.

I would not recommend anyone to live here. Not only is the place old it is also not worth the $260 a month rent. You might think its a good deal for a studio apartment but there is a lot of things you don't get told when you sign the lease. One thing they don't tell you is they are picky about who has kids. They let some people but not others and if you live there and have a baby they threaten to call children services on you. They say in the lease no pets but like with children some people can and others can't. The pool sign may say it closes at a certain time and only residents with guest but the pool closes when they want it close (usually an hour before dark or earlier) and any one swims in the pool. They also don't clean it properly. Don't think about using the laundry room , most of the time they are either broken or the people using them takes your clothes out when they are ready, whether they are done or not. Drug dealers and pill poppers live there. People walk past your apartment and try to open your door during all hours of the night and stand there looking in your windows. People are nosy and tell the landlord (who lives in the house on the back of the property) everything. People sit on the stairs all hours of the night smoking and drinking. The landlord gives the key to the storage shed and your apartment to the 3 or 4 maintence people they have and they do go into your place when they feel like it. I have lived there and found my shed door open several times. If something breaks you get yelled at and told its your fault. They either half way fix it or not at all, thats when they get around to fixing it. Sometimes it will be that day other times it may take a few weeks.



So take my advice and stay far away from there (the place needs to be condemed)
