Be careful in this office, the desk clerk has no regard for patient privacy or, respect for an individuals humility in a public forum. A formal complaint has been filed with the Centralized Case Management Operations for HIPPA Office in Washington, D.C. for public humiliation and patient privacy/HIPPA violation.

Everyone here treated me with the utmost respect. Dr. Eisa does not give up on you when you want to give up on yourself, he keeps pushing you, but not in a bad way. It actually makes me laugh. I am very grateful to Dr. Eisa for not giving up on me when I was being obstinate and saying NO! I now sleep much better.

When I was going through personal family issues and had my appointment there, they were very good about it and told me how sorry they were and would get me out as soon as possible.

When I first went there, they were so crowded, I asked the nurse if it was always like that and she said no to make my appointments at a certain time if that wasn't a problem for me. And it isn't! So, ask the nurses or receptionist when the busy times are so you don't have to wait. Dr. Eisa never rushes through anyone's appointment just to cut time down, he takes his time to make sure you understand everything you need to and to have all your questions answered.
