I had my phone fixed here and they did an outstanding job!!! I took it to them right before closing time and I got my phone back the next afternoon. They were friendly and they called my husband's phone to let us know any updates while they had the phone. I took it in for a cracked screen (Galaxy S4) and it looked brand new after... so glad they were able to fix it because its with straight talk and I didnt want to pay $400 for a new one. They were much cheaper than Mr. Fixit in the mall. Thanks again iGadget Doctor!!!!

They fixed my iPad 2 in no time at all. Three days I was told and they delivered!
I took my Macbook pro laptop to them because it was freezing and stalling at startup. They said to replace the hard drive and I agreed with them and paid 160 bucks for an upgrade. While I did get the computer back a week later it was still freezing and stalling so I took it back TWICE... making this THREE trips over the issue and they were able to get it to start up the first try. I even showed them photos and videos of me starting it up, talking so it would prove they were real but they seemed to not believe me and just kind of said 'be careful with it' but not much else. I'll be taking my business to the university tech shop instead.
They don't even deserve a star. They take advantage of people and give ridiculous deadlines. Go somewhere else and ignore the fake 4 or 5 star ratings. They said it would take 4 hours to do a volume fix for a iPhone 5, it took a different repairman 30 minutes and saved me 30 bucks!
Gave them a call after my bad experiences with other repair places in Valdosta. The lady was very friendly. She told me that I could have my own personal appointment and that my iPhone would be fixed right in front of me. I liked the idea so I asked where they were located. She told me that she would meet me wherever I wanted and do the repair on location. I had her meet me in the lounge at my job. Sure enough, she fixed my phone for me on my lunch break and I never had to leave the building. She was done in no time!! I mean really freaking fast! That's way better than driving across town and handing my phone off to some guy for 5 hours, only to have him tell me to come back tomorrow. I recommend this company!!! I love the convenience! I will definitely use them again!
I decided to try them out because I had a bad experience with another repair company. I called them at 2pm and asked them to fix my iTouch. The guy told me that they were going to close soon at 5:30 (a whole 3 and a half hours) and that he had a lot of devices to fix so he didn't know when he would be able to fix it. I was in a rush so I told them I was willing to pay extra to have it moved to the top of the list. He said he wouldn't be able to fix it that day because an iPod was a 4 hour repair. I've had my iPod screen fixed before and it took less than an hour. They just didn't want to do the repair. These guys suck automatically because they acted as though I was an inconvenience by bringing them my business.
I dropped my iPad mini and cracked the screen. I took it in to get it fixed and the girl at the front (not friendly...strike 1) told me it would be 2-3 business days! I thought awesome! I'll have it back in no time! That was the morning of July 7, 2014. They said they would call when it was finished. I gave them 5 business days before I called. I asked the unpleasant woman at the front of my iPad was finished and she said no it wasn't they had a problem with the motherboard. 1 month passed before I called back again thinking what in the world was going on. They wanted to send it to a specialist because they couldn't fix it and the back light was broken. Pretty much they had broken my iPad and couldn't fess up to what they had done. I called in September about the status and they said it wasn't fixable and they were only going to charge me $35... Are you kidding me?! I told him I was having surgery and would pick it up a week later. He said ok he had to put the screen (a not broken screen) on the iPad. A week later he still had not put the screen on and failed to call me when he did. I took my iPad to an Apple Store (that's what igadget told me to do)and the man there said they would not even look at it, and if I would have brought it to them first they would have REPLACED the iPad for free. I do not recommend igadget for anything but screwing your electronics up! They are rude and not punctual! They don't do what they say they will and end up getting paid in the end.... Ridiculous

Took my fiances playstation 3 here to be fixed they gave us a new hard drive for a great price that cant be beat! I would reccomend this place to anyone will use them again definitely!
