Living in small space doesn't mean you can't have a furry friend -- it just means you have to do some planning.
YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Living in small space doesn't mean you can't have a furry friend -- it just means you have to do some planning.
We've put together a small list to get you started on your journey -- and the first step starts with a single box.
Office staff is horrible. The rules don’t apply to everyone. Don’t move here. Noisy paper thin walls.
Professional staff, clean facilities and quiet location, well-maintained. One cannot ask more of an apartment complex.
Pool is shut down most of summer from teen vandals. Residents restricted to NOT use pool on weekends if ever open. Company needs sensor cameras catch vandal kids on video & different fence so any police or residents driving buy would see it being vandalized at night. If you have children be careful or they will get hit by speeding cars in parking lot. I've been almost hit by people speeding in parking lot.The gym room and equipment has never worked. Teens use it sit & party that don't live there. Garage suppose to be able to wash & vaccum your car out. Shut the power off for water, vaccum & plug ins. Kids breaking windows to apartments when you leave during day & break in your car at night to steel your electronics & belongings. Teens live here have egged apartment porches & at least 1-2 times a month kids pound on your door late at night & run.I love my cute apartment & maintenance is GREAT when you have a problem he's on it. Not many amenity's anymore if that is important.
This place was ran down and full of drug dealers and users... it has recently went under new management and it has cleaned up tremendously... it is currently being renovated as apartments are being prepped for rental... the manager will do her best to make sure everyone is happy... they have monthly pest control and the maintenance is addressed promptly... 15 new tenants have moved in since February and are very happy with the service they receive... not only is the new tenants happy but the other tenants are happy with the improvements that have taken place... it is a quiet complex now with the abusers have left or been evicted...
Wonderful units, fairly priced (water, waste, pest, parking included).Very roomy, very well kept up.The outside is kept very clean and lawn guys make it pretty.Services-Pool? Awesome.Another Pool? AwesomeGym? Awesome.Computer lab? Awesome.Library? Awesome.Gated? Awesome.Really cool monthly newsletter with recipes, calendar, and other info? Awesome.Management-I see them more as friends than "landlords".Absolutely wonderful people who you can consider neighbors.Maintenance- If it's during the day, same day maintenance.Otherwise they'll take care of you literally first thing in the morning. This includes appliance repair and small issues. This is seriously the best place I've ever lived in my entire life.
I highly recommend that no one lives here. The place should have been torn down years ago. The property manager does not fix things when orders are put in until they get ready, you have no privacy because they have relatives living out here like spies, they disturb you on weekends when they should be off and it is not a nice appearance to begin with inside or out. Also the place has many many roaches that won't even die when you fog the place. This is not a place you want to consider staying desperate or not and they had the nerve to boost the rent since 2008 which also had a very disturbing review.
Blanton Common looks good on the outside, but the operations leaves much to be desired. They do not respond to service calls promptly. After I complained about the utility overage costs, a member of the staff said "most students" have utility overages. When asked if the apartment utility bills were itemized, the financial director did not respond. So there is virtually no way for residents to dispute overages. There are really too many negatives to mention.
I have lived here for three years and have enjoyed it. For the most part it is quite. It will get noisy sometimes but it is an apartment so I understand that. Maintenance fixes any issues promptly. Management has been great. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
These people here have no idea on how to conduct bussiness. I moved in Jan 5th 2013 and I'm moving out Feb 28th 2013. On the day i went to see the apt's to decide to move in I spoke to a young gentleman and asked him, "what is the penalty for early lease termintaion as i'm looking to buy a house soon"? he stated that, since i didnt have to pay a deposit to move in as a perk to get people moved in, all I would have to pay is the $150 deposit. I said ok, not too bad. So, time comes around for me to break my lease since I bought a house and now the amount for breaking the lease is $500. I spoke to the person in charge in the office, which came in there wearing pajamas to talk to me...... Really?...... how proffesional. I spoke with him about what I was told by his staff and he said theres nothing he can do, its $500. I told him his staff is lying and decieving people to move in and that he's not doing his job if they are doing this, its false advertisement. I warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this place, the staff doesnt know what they are doing and they obviously have a preschool child running the office. Warning: STAY AWAY!!!!!!
