Brodeur Pump Co Inc

Our well pump was starting to cut out because the pressure tank had a problem and made the pump run all the time. It had stopped working temporarily twice in the last few days so we decided we better have it fixed ASAP. We called Brodeur Pump Co. Todd came 15 minutes early the following morning. Here's what we paid for:

3/4Hp 7gpm Franklin electric pump (with plastic innards (not stainless) $1187.55

300ft of 12/2 wire $423.00, Flexlite FL-12 35 gal pressure tank $694.00 1" Tank Tee w/Controls (the pressure switch) $285.65 Culligan whole house filter $315.00. $300.00 for labor plus various fittings, taxes, etc the total was $3617.60. He installed the whole house filter after the cold water line to the washing machine. I called him right after he left when I noticed this and Todd said he would come back and fix it. I called him a few times and he said he would come back. He never called. We just had to pick silt out of the washing machine inlet to get it working again. The pump works and nothing leaks but I don't feel good about what I got for what I paid.

I would strongly advise against using Brodeur Pump. I set up for Todd Brodeur to fix our well a month before closing on a new house. I called for two weeks post closing and he was unresponsive. On the last attempt, he hung up on me. He is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I have since heard of similar experiences form two other people.
