Provided by Citysearch -I have never eaten or ordered at the one in Washington Mills, but I have eaten and ordered at the one on Genessee St. and have always had a good pizza. Always had a hand made crust, good toppings and always delicious. I would make inquiries into whether the manager at the one you ate at is having a problem. This is the only pizzeria my brother-in-law will order from when he is in town from Binghamton.

Provided by Citysearch -We decided to order pizza from O'scugnizzo in Washington Mills and were horribly disappointed in the product!! The pizza was much smaller than we had anticipated and obviously just a pre-made pie with sauce poured over the top; the wings were adequate at best, but the crowning disgust were the ROTTEN celery and carrots! Actually ROTTED!!! Where is the Board of Health?? Obviously this place is not clean, and takes no pride in their food, nor any regard or respect for their customers. Needless to say, we will NOT be back and will tell everyone we know to do the same.
They have incredible pizza well everything they have is great but the pizza is to die for. The only problem I have ever had was dilivery I have not ordred for dilivery in like 8 mo. so I can not comment to much on that But it was not what I expected now we just order and pick it up our selfs but it is so worth it. My aunt lives in anouther state and when she comes in to town as soon as she gets off the train we have to take her there everytime. Very laid back for the customer the staff is great just order go find a seat they bring it to you and when you are done then you can pay how they know what you got and can remember that long I will never know but they always do a great job I mean they have been open forever it was like some time in the early19th cenurty

Provided by Citysearch -This is the second oldest Pizza place in the country only Lombardi's in New York City is older.... This is the pizza that Joe's in Whitesboro try to be as is Yetty's in Herkimer...Both are very good mind you but not as good as O'Scugnizzo's . Try the OSP special with garlic, tomatoes and sausage !!! Subs and daily specials are very resonably priced and very generous portions as is their chicken wings...HUGE !!!
