I had a terrible take out experience a few weeks back and wrote a review about my disappointment in the service since my first time here was so fabulous. Steve the manager managed to WOW my husband and I again. Our server Kyle was so fantastic. He was energetic and really down to earth just like us. He has great aspirations in the company and I hope he gets where he wants to be. He is a great asset to your company. Steve, the manager, was also wonderful. He apologized for the incident we had and he went above and beyond our expectations. He is the reason we will be returning and informing everyone we know to stop in and see Steve and Kyle. The other manager on duty was Frank and he was also informed of our incident and made it a point to check in with us as well. I have to admit, your team in Sterling Heights made us feel like royalty. It was really nice. I wish all bad experiences could be overwhelmed with fantastic ones like this every time. Thank you again Kyle, Steve, and Frank for turning our one bad incident into an amazing experience. It really was more than we could have asked for. ; )
Went to there for the first time on Saturday and it was a horrible experiance. Took 20 minutes to find a parking space. Waited in line for 20 minutes to just get in the place. There was supposedly a3 hour wait for the table. They told us it was first come first serve in the bar area but one of the waiters was saving a seat for his friends. So don't Ever go there.
The most friendliest Tim Hortons I have ever visited! The employees are friendly and the place is spotless!
can't believe I wasted my time there. wish I would've went to chucks cheese
Opted in for the text specials and came here twice to find out what they were. The first time nobody knew about it and we didn't get any deals and we got to see our server once every 15 minutes. This is the text I got today "(1/1)APP313.COMCOME TO RED OX UTICA TO WATCH MICH ST. AND MICH FOOTBALL TODAY! TIGERS BASEBALL AT 6PM! FOOD AND DRINK SPECIALS TOO!REPLY S TO STOP"After asking a couple times what the specials were the server said they were labatt cans (12oz) for $2.50 and coney dogs for $5!!!!we laughed, ordered a pop, paid, and left. Now we are at Brann's with our beers and a nice tip for our great server. Boo Red Ox!
So I decided to visit Dave and Busters for the first time in ten years last Tuesday. It was just as I remember, great food, fun games, friendly staff. I honestly had the most amazing time... right until the end of the night. I was paying my final tab at closing time, and finishing up my drink. The bartender asked if I'd like anything else, and I requested a water. She took our tab and brought my water. The second it touched the table, a un-uniformed cop walks over. Before I can even look his way he starts berating me and my friends. (mind you it's ladies night for us, we don't go out a lot and it was just us 3 very young and respectable ladies) The guy proceeds to yell at us to "get the hell out right now." I say to him "I haven't had a drink of my water yet, and I just paid my tab 10 seconds ago." he violently screams right in my face "get the f out, I don't care what u paid! I will fing arrest u get the f out of here right now!!" so at this point I'm in fear for my life. I weigh 115lbs. I'm a girl, and this man is fully grown man and a trained cop with weapons on him. Shaking, i go to stand up and leave, this man literally screams get the f out over and over while I'm standing up and getting my purse. Then he follows me all the way out, walking so close to me, I could feel his breath on the back of my neck. I have never been trembling like that and so afraid before. I cried as soon as he was gone and we got into the parking lot. I've never felt like such a sub-human lowlife before. I've never seen a man try to control a woman with violence and aggression before. He was inches from hitting me, and all I said was "I just got my water." That statement made him violently aggressive?? Not only do I not want to ever return to D and B, but I also don't ever want to go to the city of Shelby either. If that's who they hire for our protection, and thats who they give guns to, then I have no respect for that city. I honestly feel safer walking in the worst precinct of Detroit without a pistol. In fact it sounds relaxing compared to what that man put me through.
My husband and I (no kids) went on a date their and had a great time. We played teh games and had a few cocktails etc. It was late in the evening and not too many kids were there so we had fun. With the tickets we won (only 245) were able to get a D&B shot glass which was awesome since we collect them! We still have ponts on our card and will be back :)
