        Terrible customer service. Ordered glasses, took them over 2 weeks to get them and then I couldn't see right with them, Don't know why, I'm not the one who makes them, but they INSISTED the glasses were exactly right, I guess me not being able to see with them was not important, they never offered to redo them or see if maybe they measured wrong just kept insisting that I was the problem not the glasses, when I asked for a refund they charged me 30%, $100.00 for a restocking fee,. I am a senior citizen and need glasses to see, does this make sense to anyone that I would just decide not to get the glasses? or do you think that maybe the 'customer' might have been right and the glasses just weren't made right? They don't think so, There attitude is take em or leave em. Can't see them staying in business for very long with that attitude. Stay away from them. One star is way to many.
