Very rude and disrespectful.
When in for a basic cleaning and check up they didnt do the cleaning just had me set and appt for it. It takes 3 months to get an appt then they don't even give a call to tell me my appt is cancelled and I need to reschedule. When I called the day before my appt they tell me this but guess what no appts avaliable till April (its January). Then when I tried speaking the lady was rude, interrupted and even hung up on me.

HORRIBLE!!!! after waiting way too long in an extremely tight space, we get called back. After telling my 7 year old that he needed to bite down for 5 min to ensure his spacer was in, he failed to come back after 5, 10, or 20 minutes... half hour later he comes back only to see that my son wasent fitted right (2 previous appointments).. after he says the right one is in and moves onto me (I had 4 fillings that also had to be done) after 8 shots (no numbing before), not able to feal my face he begins to go to work. Apparantly the shots were not given in the right places bc the only thing I could feel was the pain of the cold and drilling. After 2 more shots and another half hour, he begins to work again. The entire time laughing and gossiping with his female assistant. Once the feeling came back, I get home and realize that my teeth are more sensitive now then ever. There is a hole drilled into a back tooth with NO filling! The filling is actually BETWEEN that tooth and the one next to it!!!!! I make an appointment to get it fixed a few days later, I get to my appointment n come to find out, I was never put into the system. Apparently it was their call system that failed to do their job. Wasted time and trip. The dentist that visited at the grade school (by coincidence) a completely diff dentist) sends a note home saying my son needs repairs to his spacer, n here I am with tooth pain, a hole in my tooth, a filling in between teeth, and now another filling that just fell out. (Our dentist appointments were almost 2 weeks ago) do not go to this place unless u have noooooo other choice!!!!!! I never really had any problems in the past, but this last year it has gone straight downhill!!! This/they are truelly a nightmare and need shut down, or everybody there need refresher courses in every area!!!

Went in with tooth pain.
EVERYONE was very friendly.
Yes...I waited awhile,but then again most doctors do have a wait.
They took xrays and found I had a cavity ubder my filling.
The Doctor was very knowledgable and up front with me.
I ended up getting the tooth extracted.
I like the fact that you know what your going to pay before any work is done.
Only thing that I didnt like was...there was no privacy. Exam rooms are out in the open...just one big area with dental chairs.
Overall....I really enjoyed this office as far as dentists are concerned.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a dentist's office. WE have a child who needs dental work, and called to verify they took children that young and took our insurance, and we were told yes to both. So we sat there for 45-50 minutes past our appointment time in a unclean waiting room, and the dentist came out and told us how we were "wasting her time" by scheduling the appointment in the first place. This is why we called in the first place! So if you need dental work done and want to have a lot of wasted time, an unclean waiting room, and I can only assume the back isn't any better, and completely unprofessional behavior form everyone that works there, than this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

I've always had a fear of dentists due to my childhood dentist and was scared to go finally get my crappy teeth fixed. I made an appointment at the Utica office and was very nervous but all of that went away after just the first visit. I waited a while but then when they brought me back they were nothing but caring and sympathetic. I had the woman dentist but I didn't catch her name. I went back a second time for root canals and fillings and again they were so caring. I remember feeling everything at my old dentist but here if I told them I was in pain they immediately gave me another shot to help. All in all it was pretty painless and they were very caring. I will definitely be recommending them and will be going back for sure! Thanks everyone's family dental in Utica!

If you could bypass the rudeness of the secretaries. My first visit was X-rays, second visit was for a root canal, and when I went in for that visit I was sent away because the rude secretary was too lazy to do a pre authorization with my insurance company, and I do have great insurance, so she tells me I owe $347 out of pocket, I laughed and said I've never had to pay out of pocket that much for a root canal, so secretary sent me packing. So I call management and we squared it all away. So now my 3rd visit which was today 2/22/2016 at 10am. So I sign in and sit down and wait and wait and wait, 10:30 comes around sir can you come up to the desk, so I went up, the secretary tells me she forgot to order the tools that was needed for my root canal. I was very angry. Seems to me that they treat everyone the same there, like a piece of trash.

My husband has been waiting since June for his dentures. I dont recommend letting them talk you in to pulling all your teeth. Very unprofessional and they act like its no big deal.

Very rude dentist. The men dentist they had before was way better this new lady dentist is very rude. The staff follows suit as well. Im going somewhere else where they actually care about the patients needs and concerns. Just because theyre a state aid welcomed dentist doesn't mean they can be rude to everyone. I have insurance thru my job and will never go back.

i thought this place was very friendly, clean and helpful, i would recommend them to everyone, and i don't like dentists. Maybe the person below has more than dental problems?

Utica, Ill. Location; This place is a real joke. very unprofessional, dirty, not enough chairs so had to stand 25 min for my 11:00 apt at 11:30. Took 2 xrays of my broken molar and was told " I have to get it fixed before they can do anything" WTF? I'm here to get it fixed, your a dentist. was rushed out the door in 10 minutes. Good thing I guess I could not listen to the guy next to me getting his teeth chiseled out and his moaning anymore. absolutely no privacy or doors, just one big room. Would NOT recommend this place for a dog! I thought the purpose of a dentist was to fix your teeth, I must have been wrong all these years. I dont know, I'm not sure and I couldnt tell ya are very common answers. Henry, Ill.
