Bad customer service, rude manager very rude she is!!! 1 i request room for 4 th floor the give me 1st floor give meroom 408 load cart go up bad . next to elevator go back down manager gives us to go ;look at 409 & 412 also the manager said oh by the way 4 the floor has all the kids up there . we go up look boom both by elevator. come back down gives us 1 st floor again across from the 2 convention rooms we ask how long that goes on the manager said oh till 6 pm. we said fine.10;15 very loud 11;30 very loud slamming doors but here is the biggest we told the manager there is blood in the pool from 15 kids rough housing she said I will be there when i f&^king get there. Yes she cussed. too much more to list i can continue. anyways she called the police to kick us out for complaining about all the noise she claims i was loud and threaten her but she is the one the threaten me plus the whole lobby was kids bouncing on the furniture and the adults drinking and being loud
