If I could give Ohana a zero star I would. If you want to throw away over $6000 for an above ground pool this is the place to do it. I would never recommend anyone buy a pool from them. My experience with them is a long story, so all I can say is buyer beware. Horrible customer service. Horrible installation. Crappy work. They make all their money from in ground pools and could give 2 craps about above ground pools. Over priced chemicals and Matt the manager could care less.

Dave, Matt and the "A" team did a great job installing our middi 15x30 Monument pool. They worked with diligence until the job was complete. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We look forward to doing business with them in the future and looking forward to the 2016 pool season. Thanks guys!!

100% absolutely DO NOT use Ohana Pools if you are planning on purchasing a pool. I wasted $6,000.00 on an oval pool that they installed. The pool was crooked (hard to build a deck around an angled pool). Their craftsmanship was terrible. The liner collapsed today (on only the 2nd summer of use). My wife called them and they said it was an "act of God" due to the rain. They were asked to come look at it and they said it was Friday and it we would have to pay his guys overtime. My son has a birthday pool party in 2 weeks. I don't know what we are going to do. He said he sent his "veteran" guys to our house. These "veteran" guys tore the first liner before we even poured water in it, then it took them 3 weeks to come and install the replacement. I have photos and receipts if you would like to see them. Please phone me at 765-430-1968 for further details......BUT STAY AWAY from them! They are dishonest, unprofessional, and only want your $$$$!

Ohana installed our pool and did a great job from start to finish! They communicated with us almost daily as to when our pool would be complete. From the staff at the store to the team of installers it was a great experience. I would recommend Ohana to everyone. Thanks Ohana.

We had our pool installed by Ohana in late July 2011. They promised us a date and everything was done as promised. The installers worked hard and did a very nice job. Thank you Ohana!



Very unsatisfied with the cust...

Very unsatisfied with the customer service as well as the installation job they did on our above ground pool. We bought a 27' above ground pool from them and let them know our concerns that we already had an exisiting deck from a previous pool. They assured us there would be no problems. Not only did they not show up on the day they said they would to install the pool, they didn't even call to let us know -- they just didn't show up! I took the day off of work to be there for any questions they might have. When they did finally show up to install the pool they didn't even ATTEMPT to line up the angle of the pool with the angle of the deck. When we brought it to the installation crew's attention, they said "they were sorry and they wished they would have paid better attention and gone up on the deck to check the placement and that it was unfortunately installed incorrectly." The manager kept saying "we don't do deck work" and "it would have never fit anyway". I wish we could have at least seen what an attempt to make it fit would have looked like. We never asked for deck work --- just for the installers to alighn the angle of the pool with the angle of our deck. They didn't even try. It's VERY noticeable. After trying to resolve these issues with the store manager, Matt Helmick, he would talk down to us and at one point even said "10-4" and hung up on my husband. I took pictures of the installation problems and emailed it to the manager -- for instance, the posts that are sitting on concrete blocks are sitting half off the blocks The manager, Matt Helmick, says "well they're on the blocks aren't they" What kind of company is this? They don't care how they install your pool. We were not even left with instructions on the steps to take after our pool was installed. As a new pool owner, it would have been nice to have instructions. It wasn't until three days later that we got a phone call from Ohana and they said they just "figured" we would have brought in a water sample. By this time we were so fed up with Ohana that we went to Cardinal Pool for our chemicals and they gave us printed step-by-step instructions. What a night/day difference! Our business will stay with Cardinal Pool.
