But the innappriateness of conning into the room and then saying we have to be out by ten and then we were told that there was WiFi here no WiFi at all and I can't get help with it either it just in our room better to spend five extra bucks for the Motel 6 down the road we will never be here wgian
This place is an undiscovered gem. The location, right in the heart of the centrally-located Warehouse District, can't be beat by any hotel in New …
Are you kidding me!!!! Room was dirty when we checked in, cable didn't work, thermostat didn't operate, we didn't get a miny fridge or microwave and finally we were deprived of a simple trash can! So Naturally we went to the front desk and complained. They gave us a new room and IT was dirty!!!! Used soap in the shower, long black hairs on the bed (even though it was made) and still no tv... called the front desk and they said, "Sorry there's nothing we can do about your room!" Are you joking!?!?!?!?!?!? Never in my entire life would I suggest this hotel to my work enemy!!! And my worst enemy got with my wife!!!!!!!
Very Reasonable rates.. much improved since new management took over. Its a basic room, about a 7-10 min drive to French Quarter. If you need NOLA on a budget, start here.
Really beautiful place. It was nice and clean. Best manager I've ever seen. Very helpful. Surely visit this place again. 10/10
My husband and I and our 3 friends stayed at the Crescent Palms last Christmas. I can't speak highly enough of the place, especially the staff. Managers Kendall and John were amazingly sweet and helpful. They went out of their way to help us in many occasions - even when we were stranded without a rental car and no more reserved nights on new years eve, they found us a room and a car! The area gets a really bad rep, but we never felt unsafe, and its nice to be away from all the tourists and stay at a place with real character. We took the bus and the tram into town and never had a problem. The room was clean, warm in the chilly winter nights, showers worked perfectly, and there was always plenty of clean linen. The bar was cozy, and Kendall and John would come hang out with us on their break. Very very nice people. We missed them after we left! I will go back to New Orleans, and I will stay at the Palms again! I highly recommend the place: comfortable, great atmosphere, and affordable. By the other reviews that I see on this site, it looks like I'm not the only one who felt that way: when you are treated so well by such lovely people, it shows. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!Sara, Juan, Josafat, Ana & Vanessa
It's a very nice hotel to stay at and worth checking out. In regards to the pricing, I thought the rates are good.
A wonderful hotel bar with a New Orleans feel inside and out. Enjoy a drink under the oaks or inside in very quaintly decorated bar.Friday and Saturday night can get a little young and preppy with the students from Tulane and Loyola.
Newly renovated rooms and free continental breakfast
