I’m writing you because of the bad customer service experience I had with a Manager named Erric Briggs II at the Crain Highway location in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. I came into the Enterprise location to return the Nissan I had since Monday. When they looked into the system they noticed my rental contract was mixed up with another customer who had returned their car days prior. And in the system, it looked like my deposit was returned. I called my bank and they informed me that they charged me, returned the deposit and then charged me again. I asked Erric how would they solve this and he said they had already returned my deposit. I continued to talk to Erric about how we would solve this and he had no solution but repeated that they had given me my deposit back according to his computer. As I continued to speak to him about how I would get my deposit back he told me to STOP TALKING TO HIM. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I filed a claim with my bank so I am confident I will get my $100 back. Erric Briggs II should be retrained on customer service and how to resolve problems.
