Got a Groupon to try this salon it's just around the corner from my house , anyway Lisa B just would not call me back , and since I'm so close I l/m saying any day or time and this is a matter of weeks so if she was out of town she should said on her machine . Luckily Groupon gave me a refund so I can take my business elsewhere . It seems there are more Groupon horror story's here if they don't want to take it then don't !!!!! There never busy when I drive buy .

Got a Groupon for a couples massage & made an appointment right away. Never got the email confirmation on the appointment and called to follow up, no answer, had to call 3x, still no answer or response to my messages. Even went by 2 times, and they weren't open when they said they should be either time.Day before the appointment still no response or confirmation...ended up getting a refund. Don't by the Groupon! (nothing against Groupon at all here, they handled everything perfectly)
The worst perm and haircut of my life. My hair was completely fried. No apology or refund was offered, even after the owner was shown photos of the damage. I had to get worst of the friend ends cut off, so I took pictures before the second haircut. I wasn't going to let that salon touch my hair again, so I went to Great Clips. The stylist at Great Clips said, "Oh, my God! Who did this to your hair?"
GREAT HAIRCUTS, you can get an appointment tuesdays, Wednesdays, saturday or walk ins Thursdays and fridays. Sometimes waiting, usually get in and out.
I love this place! Every time I go I am always well taken care of. They have wonderful skills in threading, a large selection of nail polish and gorgeous jewelry! And they even do beautiful Henna!!Love this place!

Lisa does my hair. I like her, she listens to my needs, she doesnt seem rushed, very patient. She does my highlights and cut and I am very pleased with them. She is very friendly.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!I CAN'T EVEN DESCRIBE HOW UPSET AND PISSED OFF WITH THIS SALON AND THEIR STAFF. FIRST OF ALL I PURCHASED THEIR GROUPON FOR A MANI/ PEDI FOR MY MOTHER TO USE ON HER BIRTHDAY I CALLED SUNDAY TO SET UP AN APPOINT BUT THEY TOLD ME THE NAIL SALON PORTION OF THE SALON WAS CLOSED. I DIDN'T THINK MUCH OF IT AND RESCHEDULED SINCE MY MOTHER'S OFFICIAL BIRTHDAY WAS ON MONDAY ANYWAY. SO I CALLED THEM MONDAY MORNING AT AROUND 10:30 AM AND A GIRL TOLD ME THAT THE NAIL TECHS WERE NOT IN YET BUT WILL GIVE THEM THE MESSAGE THAT I WANTED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY MOTHER AT 2PM THAT DAY. IT WAS GETTING CLOSE TO 1PM AND I HAD STILL NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT. THEREFORE I CALLED THEM AGAIN THIS TIME SOMEONE ELSE ANSWERED AND TOLD ME THE NAIL SALON WAS CLOSED TODAY! AND I LET THEM KNOW THAT THAT COULD NOT BE BECAUSE I SPOKE TO SOMEONE EARLIER AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE COMING IN AT AROUND 11ISH THEN SHE RESPONDS OH OK LET ME CHECK AGAIN I JUST CAME IN (FIRST OF ALL DON'T GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER WITHOUT CONFIRMING FIRST) SO THEN SHE TRANSFERS ME TO SOMEONE FROM THE NAIL SALON AND THIS GIRL CONFIRMS MY APPOINTMENT FOR 2PM. UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE RUNNING LATE AS WE WERE COMING ALL THE WAY FROM RIVERSIDE AND I TRIED CALLING THEM TO NOTIFY THEM THAT WE WERE RUNNING LATE BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE WAS ANSWERING THIS TIME SO I FIGURED SINCE WE WERE MORE THAN HALF WAY OVER THERE THAT THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND AND TAKE US IN ANYWAY (AFTERALL I NEVER CEASED TO MENTION THAT IT WAS MY MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY) SO WE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES LATE AND AS SOON AS WE ENTER THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO GREET US SO WE RING THE BELL AND OUT COMES THIS LADY AND DIRECTS US TO THE UPSTAIRS SECTION WHERE THE NAIL SALON IS LOCATED. WE ARRIVE UPSTAIRS AND JUST SEE ONE YOUNG GIRL WITH OUR BACK TO US SEEMING TO FIX UP THE SPA CHAIR BUT NEVER GREETED US UNTIL WE SAID HELLO AND THAT WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT SHE LOOKS AT US THEN GOES INTO ANOTHER ROOM TO TALK TO THIS OTHER GIRL THEN AFTER WHAT SEEMED LIKE 5 MINUTES THIS BLUE HAIRED WHITE GIRL COMES OUT AND SAYS SORRY SINCE YOUR LATE WE HAVE ANOTHER CLIENT COMING IN AND WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT SORRY! AT THAT POINT I WAS LIVID BECAUSE I DROVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES TO GET TO THIS DAMN PLACE, I TRIED CALLING THAT I WAS GOING TO BE LATE AND ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT THEY DIDN'T ANSWER, AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY WERE RUDE AND THERE WAS NO WAY THEY HAD ANOTHER CLIENT AS THAT SALON WAS FREAKING EMPTY IT WAS A MONDAY FOR GOODNESS SAKE!! BUT WHAT HURT ME MOST WAS THAT IT WAS MY MOTHER'S 55TH BIRTHDAY AND TO BE TREATED THAT WAY ON SUCH A SPECIAL DAY WAS HEARTBREAKING! WE STORMED OUT OF THERE AS FAST AS WE COULD KNOWING THAT WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! I IMMEDIATELY GOT ON MY PHONE AND OBTAINED A REFUND FROM GROUPON AND DROVE MY MOTHER TO FABULOUS NAIL SALON IN PASADENA WHERE SHE WAS TREATED LIKE A QUEEN ON HER BIRTHDAY!
