Great customer service and very tentative to my needs. Ralph was really good at keeping in contact with me and keeping me up to date with what was going on.

Upland Collision Craft was by far the best auto service I've received. I was involved in an accident and during the process of repairs they were tremendous help in dealing with my insurance and kept constant communication. Even had my car done and looking like new before they said.

I have nothing but positive to say about this repair center. Ralph was very kind he went above and beyond what I expected. Every couple days I would get emails with pictures attached to show progress. That was something I really appreciated. To top it all off upon receiving my vehicle back 1. he came to me, 2. He detailed the vehicle inside and out. (Even left it smelling good), and 3. my vehicle had been low on gas and he put some in for me. I would recommend this repair center to anyone who needs body work and I don't say that lightly.

And he handles everything with the insurance company, which I truly appreciate. My truck got hit twice this year in the same spot and both times I took it to Upland Collision Craft and they took great care of my truck. They were very quick on getting my truck worked on, and getting in touch with my insurance, and when my truck was done, everything looked brand new. The customer service was fantastic, and I love that I got updates on my truck throughout the process. And to top it off, they detailed it for me both times which was great! Excellent service and very professional. They constantly sent me updates on the status of my car and pictures of the work as they completed sections (I've never had that type of service for auto body work on any of my cars). They also took care of everything from helping me with my car rental to coordinating with my insurance company. My car looks like new! I brought my Mazda 6 into Upland collision craft to have this big scratch someone hit my car with, and for a very cheap price I got more than I expected. They went up above and beyond my fixing more than that one scratch and my car inside was clean! I was very excited to see that my car looked so shiny! Upland Collision Craft was amazing; I was in an accident in early March in my brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra and they made sure my car was back to normal. Through out the 4 week process of my car being repaired Upland Collision was very customer service oriented and kept me informed via email with how the process was going and sent me picture of the different stages of the repair process. I Love this shop the staff is wonder; the Ralph's are great; and i would return for repairs in the future that is how satisfied I am.
