Do not confuse the Store in Upland with the crappy one in Victorville,The owner in Victorville was informed to change the name of his store and has not done it.With that said M&M is a great store to go to for Retro games and consoles as well as modern games and consoles.Mike and Matt and Jason all know their stuff when it comes to video games.Their prices are fair and compete with those of GameStop, they are truly sorry when a item is not working and will do their best to reimburse you by either store credit or giving you the same product in better condition.I highly recommend coming here.

The owners of this store are very nice and friendly. Mike was the one that helped me out. I go there when I can because I enjoy their company and they have great deals! I always walk out happy! =)

First let me start of by saying the man that helped me was very nice and accommodating. (unless it was for show) But, On my birthday, I come in and trade a PS3 in mint condition because I wanted to switch game systems to a 360. I paid the difference. I return home and they give me the wrong power cord. I have to drive back 15 miles and again the smaller man is very helpful and nice. The Xbox while turning on sounds horrible as if a 4 year old was shoving his hot wheels inside the tray. Start to play MWF and it freezes. Reboot and play 2 min and again refreezes. I am going tomorrow. if i do not get a full refund and my PS3 I will be furious and take matters to court. What a way to ruin a birthday and during these rough times.

WOW I was definitely impressed with the person who took my phone call - he was thorough, helpful, and to-the-point! I wish every phone call I made was this easy!
