Klaus & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning have been servicing both our air-conditioner and furnance units. They have always done an outstanding job. Marino has been our maintenance guy from the beginning. Two years ago we needed an air-con unit and they provided the best energy saver unit which has saved us money on our electric bill. They also installed a new furnance - same thing great money saver.

This company is an honest company with great personnel, beginning with Marino, the office staff is also outstanding. Wouldn't trade them; they are keepers.

I had them come out in July for an estimate. Decided to go with them, had everything set to go. Then had a sudden change on plans and they were so cooperative and accommodating. When I called them in September to set an appointment for an install, they were going to fit me in immediately. I explained there was no rush and it was in with-in a week, for the same price. They had great prices and check on how things are working and not leaving you feel like just a paycheck but a valued customer.

. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and had to enter the sewer line on top of the roof and broke the line loose with only 8 feet remaining. We reinstalled the toilet and everything was fine. Klaus and Son's heater repair man Marino has repaired, and also replaced one, of our three propane heaters and always does excellent work.
