IF YOU GO YOU SHOULD ASK FOR MATTHEW TALLMAN. IF YOU DON'T EXPECT HORRIBLE SERVICE. When she arrived there in the morning, the people there were not helpful at all. The man who said he was the manager did not assist her. My mom ended up calling me saying that she just wanted to go home. The service was utterly horrible. Being completely irritated and pissed off, I walked in ready to start a fight. Afterall, no one can stand their mother being mistreated. I walked in and dealt with a young man named Matthew Tallman. He apologized for what ever may have happened before. He walked out with us to every car and showed her the interior, exterior, extra features and the mpg specs for every vehicle. Matthew then proceeded to call the insurance company and informed them of my mother's choice and everything that was going on.The customer service that Matthew provided was beyond any I have ever experienced. He was considerate, understanding and treated my mother like she was his mother.
