Got my first car from Juan and Agency Auto and it was the best experience ever, if shopping for cars is this easy why do people complain so much. Your the best Juan I cant wait to do it again in 3yrs
I am a single mother and George was more than willing to help me, even with the bad credit. He works with you. I had a electrical issue and called him, he told me to bring it right over and fixed it for me even though I bought it as is. Great guy!!!!
Keep driving this guy claims to be honest but it's all a big scam. I purchased a car from he under the pretense it was in good condition, during the test drive he was raving about how great the car is that it doesn't leak and that the breaks are good. Being the first car I was purchasing I was naive to believe him before agreeing to buy the car I asked him to replace the tires and he said he would and also claimed a bogus 3 month warranty. A couple days later I come to pick up the car no new tires he claims it but they are clearly extremely worn just as the others. I let that slide as I had decided to purchase all brand new tires. While getting my new tires the men installing told me I had only a month left in my brakes both front and rear. I called the dealer and told him not only about the brakes but the leak in the transmisson. He fixed the brakes and said he would fix the leak as well. Long story short I took my car to his mechanic 8 times before I got fed up I nothing was being fixed. I finally got fed up and told the mechanic he didn't know what he was doing when to my surprise the mechanic whose name was Chuck burst out I can't fix something that he is telling me he won't pay for. The entire time the dealer had been playing me trying to use up the time in the bogus warranty. My brakes ended up going out one day. I went to a lawyer and was told I had a strong case against him, only problem I don't have the time, patience or money to go after this lying car salesman, I plan I taking the piece of crap car to the junk yard as soon as I can afford a car from a trustable dealer not a sleaze all like this. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE DEALER IS A SCAM!
This place is nothing but a scam & fraud. Be careful buyers, this guy will take ur money but won't release your title till 6 month later or up to a year. What he does basically, he keeps the title on lien with the bank, and with your money he will go buy another car.Most of his cars has major mechanical problems & the warranty he sells is a joke.After purchasing a car from him, 2 days later the engine starts leaking, I called the warranty to find out it wasn't activated, I brought the car back to him, he starts shouting & threatening it's like he still lives in Saudi Arabia. To make story short, after calling the police on him, I got some of my money back, (the part that was paid in check, the rest in cash, he claimed that he never received) and returned him the car.Becarfull, I wouldn't advice someone to come purchase anything from here, & if u want, bring ur mechanic with you.All the good reviews here are from his friends & family.Don't be fooled.
Great service and really good cars. The owner made sure that everything is in good condition before i buy the car. Gave me a sizeable discount for the downpayment and helped me with the bank for the financing. Referred my brother in law to this dealer and he is also planning to buy a car. Very good car selection.
I had my car flushed and refilled. The engine was dirty and they cleaned everything up and helping so my car runs smoother and more efficiently. The Technician was upfront and suggested practical things done to help my car. Coffee and TV while you wait, out of the rain.
They have nice cars, but I would just keep driving, plain and simple. I bought a car, I learned it had a bad tranny, they said it was fixed by them. It turns out they just erased the DTC. THERE WARRANTY PROVIDER IS EVEN WORSE, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
On the last Sat in May I purchased my car here. It was beautifully detailed, as close to show room as you can get. The salesman, (I believe I have his brothers card) and his wife were vey patient. It was late and we had left, but I knew we should go back because good used cars sell quick. We called asking them to wait for us and another to see the car again. A few hours later, my emergency of finding a car was over. Great car, great price and saying it nearly 3 mos later... Priceless!
I purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer XLT in March of 2016. Approximately, a month later, I began hearing brake noises, I took the vehicle in to be serviced and learned of a few very serious problems occurring with the vehicle. I was told by two separate Ford dealerships that the vehicle shouldn't have been put on the lot for sale. Needless to say, I was shocked especially since I paid cash for the vehicle. When I contacted the salesman Eric, I was referred to the service Manager, Mark Pavey. My experience with him felt like he tried to avoid responsibility for substandard work on a vehicle that his department was responsible for. In addition to the cash price of the vehicle, I paid for an extended warranty. I am so thankful that I did. After speaking to Mark in great detail, he agreed to repair one of the problems with the vehicle, but as a result of the serious nature of the problems with the vehicle, they are in Breech of Contract.
I purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer XLT in March of 2016. The salesman Eric G., was very professional and accomodating. I drove off the lot in the purchased vehicle while being allowed to keep my private vehicle on Ford's lot until my return, a week later. Eric was kind enough to drive my vehicle to train station, on his own time, for my convenience. He gave me his personal cell phone number for questions or concerns pertaining to the vehicle. I did contact him a couple of times with questions about the vehicle, to which he promptly returned my call with the requested answers. Not to mention the fact that my sons were thrilled to be able to ride in one of their dream cars, a Ford Mustang GT. Thanks to Eric. Thank you Eric for being kind to my sons during the purchasing process. Five Stars for Eric G.!!!!! Zero stars for the way that I was treated by the Service Manager, Mark Pavey.
