Johnny's Garage

After my experience at this place today I will never go here again or recommend them. I took my truck over there for an inspection today. They failed it and stated that my emergency brake didn't hold and needed to be adjusted they offered to fix it for 40-100 because they said they didn't know what was going to be wrong until they got in there to look at it. Not being an idiot I drove right up the street to my regular shop and told them I was failed for this reason. I asked for his quote on the "WORK" that was needed to get my vehicle to pass inspection. He put the brake on and revved the engine and the brake held. He told me nothing was wrong with this brake and my vehicle shouldn't have failed inspection. I called and advised Johnny's garage that they had the option of refunding my card for the $7.00 charge or I would file a dispute thru my bank and file a complaint through the BBB for their incompetence. They refused and demanded me take the truck back so they could fail it again and report the place that rightfully passed my vehicle. I told them there was not a chance that my vehicle would ever be brought back to that shop in a million years. FEMALES beware of this shop. Me and my husband went here last year together for the inspection and the vehicle passed. I have heard many other bad things about this business best advice is to stay away.

The most horrible company ever! If there was a way to give lower than 1 star, I would. Please take my advice and never call this tow company. The "supervisor" Randy seriously needs to be medicated. I have never dealt with a more juvenile, unprofessional person in my life! Do yourself and your car a favor and steer clear of this wrecker service.
