They are not like they used to be ,they try to sell you everything , Super high priced, all my favorite techs and dispatch no longer work there , the last tech smelled like marijuan cigarette ! Something is not right I will pass and go somewhere else. I good tech once told me if i ever go somewhere else they did not treat me right because I am.not here for.the pay well he is gone and so am I sad to say.

If you buy from Agee's you will have to pay a very high cost future service calls and to keep your warranty active.



In spring of 2007 Agees installed two outside units (compressors) and two evaporator coils on the inside units. After the initial installation, Agee's had to come out for three additional service calls to replace defective parts. They had to replace one outside unit and one evaporator twice. To Agee's credit, they provided an extended warranty due to the issues. BUT, two years later I need a service call to top off my freon and they want to charge 4Xs what other companies charge! Shop around and ask about service after the sell including annual maintenance.
