I know one person usually doesn't define a company, but I've never seen this much negligence, apathy, and incompetence in an employee in any of these characteristics let alone together. I called in an emergent situation and she said they would get out the kerosene out "as soon as possible". After 4 days of calling to get updates, this same woman says they'll deliver the next morning. At this point I gave specific instructions to call my neighbor and let them know when they were delivering as they had the check. My neighbor also called as a precaution that they knew. Morning came and my neighbor came down to the house to check on the animals at 7AM and a note was on the door that said they were there at 8AM, obviously wrong since it wasn't 8 yet. My neighbor wasn't called and an attempt to call me wasn't made either. When contacting gnagey, this same employee rudely says "We aren't leaving gas if we aren't getting paid" which would be understandable if we were refusing but there was no attempt to contact anybody on their part. She further stated that since they already visited they weren't coming back and would have to place another order and wait again. We were then hung up on and any further attempt at calling from 6 different lines constantly for a half hour failed as they didn't answer a so how call. Called other places and was apparently told that gnagey customers were calling other companies that day due to incompetence. Had one other interaction with this company and everything went fine. This time was an emergent situation and it could not have been handled worse on their part even though I took every precaution to make sure everything would be handled in an efficient manner. Will not call here for service again.
