Bought flowers for my grandmother they delivered them to my grandmother and they just went the extra mile to help me over the phone

I live in Alabama and ordered flowers for my grandmother who lives in unionpoint, told the lady what I wanted over the phone and who they was for and I also asked the lady to send me a pic of the flowers if she could ( crazy I know ) bc I wanted to c what my grandmother was getting for mothers day, the lady told she wasn't familiar with how to do that but she would get someone to send it and soon after I hung up the phone with her I got a txt with the flowers she had done for my grandmother. The lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful. Will use them every time I want to send her something sweet and beautiful. Thanks so much for helping me make my grandmother's mothers day a awesome one to remember!!!
