The lack of English speaking nail techs makes it difficult to be serviced and when you try to communicate what you want after they've made decisions for you they are rude and act as if they can't speak at all. The owner is also super rude! He threw my food away and his only rebuttal was "it was only a few pieces left." I had to insist that my nail be square shaped as I have an active length and the tech told me she could only do round because of how she cut my nails. I told her that's not what I wanted or what I was paying for and she botched the entire SNS set. DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!!

I have been going to Ariel nails for months now as a recommendation from my teenage daughter. Today was the first day that I can say I am highly disappointed and will never attend that salon again. I take pride in having my nails shaped a particular way and when it is not done too my liking, as a customer I have the right to ask them to fix it. The person that actually did my nails was not able to fix it so I am assuming that the person who stepped in to help was the manager. The manager tried to file my nails and I saw that they were still on a slant so when I asked her to fix it she first told me that I can soak it off and go somewhere else. I then told her that I did not want to soak them off I just wanted the nail to be straight, she then proceeds to try to explain that that is the direction that my nails grow. WHAT???????????!!!!!!!!!! I have never heard of such a thing! So when I told her that I don't understand what she is trying to explain to me she proceeds to tell me that I can soak it off and leave again. As I attempted to leave she told me that if I keep it on I had to pay. What ever happened to the days of accommodating the customer? She nor her staff apologized for not being able to give the customer what they expected for the money that they had to spend for a service. I would not be as disgusted as I am now if an attempt to right the wrong was made. It is not the customers fault if you can not do what they ask. Especially when it was only to shape their nail the way they wanted.
