Flecha Limo

I reserved a car for my son's prom. I advised the dispatcher of the event. The driver arrived 30 mins. Iate. Fully knowing there is rush hour, I don't understand why he would leave the base late.
When he arrived the SUV was all dented and dirty.
They need to go back to what they were 20 years ago. The drivers wore dress pants and tie, and they had the best fleet. Sad and disappointing.

Horrible service. Driver picked me up late, made me miss my train, and when I asked to be returned home around 10 blocks away from my home they proceeded to charge me as a round trip ! NEVER AGAIN! DISGUSTED

They were so unprofessional and the limo driver for my sweet was laughing at us. He was making very disrespectful jokes. The limo was so dirty and the glasses and bottle were dirty. We food a container with yellow liquid and bugs inside. The inside floor was nasty. Very bad for the amount of money they ask. I would not recommend this.

La flecha taxi is probably the most unprofessional taxi service around union city. Not only do they take an hour to arrive to the destination to pick up their clients, but they also come with 2 other people in that car, smelling like food and thinking we're just some other people they're giving a ride to. Like wtf is this? And you expect to get paid? Honestly the worst service ever. So I'm a joke, they could make wait an hour till they chill and stuff their face. Horrible horrible. So unprofessional.
