Staff has an attitude they are not very accommodating I requested to ask for a particular toy for the Happy Meal they gave me a look like that's not their job that I have to get whatever they give me. Bad customer service I hope they see this message and the manager so they know what kind of staff they have
the worst place to work. they have a slavery system in that place.all the employees are afraid to ask for what is right for them because there is no one to go to..this place does not have an HR department where the employees can go to complain about all the bad things that they go through everyday.There is a manager named Rafael that has all the employees under a lot of stress he treats them like animals and he is always threatening them.The NJ labor department HAS to take action on this they have to THEY HAVE TO,,remember Rafael

3-20-13 @ 4:12 pm. Just returned from McDonalds with my daughters cheeseburger happy meal to find that there was no beef between the buns. Who checks their burgers for meat before driving away ? Last summer we got the meal bag with no burger at all. At least this time, we got the buns with cheese. The cost of gas to return would not be worth the price of the burger so, we're stuck with it. This restaurant has always suffered with poor service at the drive thru since it opened, unfortunately it's the closest to my house and my daughter loves the meal. I would avoid it if possible.
