I had the best car experience at the Heritage Infiniti dealership this past weekend. Never before have I felt like a priority and friend simultaneously when leasing a vehicle. From the gentleman that greeted us at the front door to the individual that affixed my temporary tag, I appreciate the employees working at this dealership. This dealerships is top notch and superior in every way possible. From the moment Lakisha Johnson introduced herself to my husband and myself, we knew we were in good hands. After dealing with other dealerships all day, I was beyond exhausted. Lakisha’s positive attitude and knowledge base of your dealership’s options were a breath of fresh air. She was able to gauge our needs and anticipate our questions. I appreciate her straightforward approach to letting us know the options available, so we could make an informed decision. So many dealerships today waste their potential customers’ time but beating around the bush and not being honest. When we went over the final numbers and maintenance choices with David Curtis, once again the stress was removed from the situation. No one enjoys talking final numbers when it comes to a vehicle you are about to lease. David took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various opportunities he had to offer. He was very through when explaining what to expect next regarding my payments and such once I left the dealership with my G37. As a side note, I would like to also thank Makis Hodge for introducing himself to us. It was nice to meet the General Sales Manager during our second visit. He helped to further solidify our comfort and respect for your dealership.
FANTASTIC. I could not have had a better experience buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee then from this dealership. Buying a car is typically a nerve-wracking experience for me because dealerships usually have a very high-pressure atmosphere, but at Don Jackson I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I originally visited this dealership because I noticed (online) they had a huge selection of the vehicles I was looking at and at more affordable prices then most of the other car dealers in the area. I hadn't completely decided on which make I was interested in, so the manager took his time showing me different models he though I might be interested in...he was very knowlegeable and was able to answer all my questions. The consistency of helpful and knowledgeable information continued as I met with the finance manager who was able to put me on the right programs that fit my budget. The whole process (including test-driving) took 2-3 hours of my time and I LOVE MY NEW JEEP! I will continue to service my Jeep here and will probably be making future puchases with this dealer. I have 3 Hondas and have used Nalley for all of my warranty work and majority of my service work. I had a couple of issues, one with a scrubbing noise in the steering wheel and another with an engine noise. The steering noise was fixed right away but the engine noise took a little more time to track. The tech went and drove a known good car 2014 accord v-6 and was able to simulate the same sound as my 2013 accord v-6 car under the same conditions. Then the service manager Joey Kelley offer to have me come and drive the new car the technician drove just to give me peace of mind. I did, and got to spend a little time with the technician Matt that had worked on my car, and was most impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Honda product.
I live in Louisiana and was looking online for a used Lincoln MKC. I wasn't having any luck locally, so I searched autonation. I found one in Atlanta at autonation ford lincoln in Union City, GA. Mark Cain got back with me very quickly. I told him what I was looking for. He has one like I wanted in his inventory. He sent me a great price and I was worried that I might have to fly into Atlanta to get the car and do the paperwork. I was wrong. Mark had the paperwork sent overnight to me. My friends were traveling and stopping in Atlanta before coming back this way. Mark was able to let them bring the MKC home to me in Louisiana. The process was very easy. Mark was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you need a car, go see Mark.
My wife and I live in Duluth Ga. 1.3 miles from our local "friendly" Infiniti dealer. After wasting way too much time and effort, AND being lied to, we called Infiniti of South Atlanta. We drove 2 hours in the pooring rain, during rush hour to visit the deslership. We drove our new 2013 g37 home about 90 minutes after our arrival. EVERYONE was very nice and professional. Keisha was our salesperson/internet manager...She really knows her stuff! Dave the finance manager was GREAT! Not typical or pushy, and answered all of our questions. Absolutely a wonderful experience! You would have to be an idiot to get your Infiniti from anyone else! Thanks to everyone for making our Total Ownership Experience exactly that!
My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from another Infiniti dealership (worst experience ever.) We brought our vehicle to Infiniti of South Atlanta to get some of our extended warranty stuff done. We dealt with Melissa D and she has totally turned our view of Infiniti around. She went above and beyond to help us out and to try to fix what another dealer messed up. We left very happy and would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family. We have read some of the other reviews on this site and did not have a problem with anyone we worked with at the dealer. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to help us.
My new QX56 had a problem and died on me where I live in Columbus, Ga. I didn't get a real good feeling after calling the On The Road number, so I called the dealership 85 miles away. I Explained my situation and explained that I could not get the car to them, nor could a get a loaner car in my city. Within an hour, a flat bed hauler picked my Infinity up in my parking lot (6 PM) and when I opened for business the next morning, a couple of really nice guys from Atlanta had me a new QX56 to use until mine is ready, then we'll reverse the process. How much better than perfect can service get? Thanks guys...... Terry
My family and I visited Nalley Honda on a Sunday afternoon just to see what cars they had on the lot under a certain price range. We were greeted by a friendly Nally Sales Consultant who was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. We picked out a car we liked and started the paperwork to see if we could make things work in our favor. We had to wait until the following day to see if we would be approved for the car and we were. We purchased the car on that Monday. I would buy from this dealership again!!!
Fair, timely and considerate is how I feel handled when taking my Jeep for service work. It's like the red carpet is rolled out every time I go to Don Jackson. Dustin is the service advisor I use and Jon is the service manager who is extremely knowledgeable about automobiles. You can tell they have a passion for what they do and to me that is what sets them apart from everyone else. In order to be great you have to love what you do. Very special:)
I purchased a new 2014 Ford Escape at Autonation of Union City. My sales person, Mark Cain couldn't have been more helpful. He fully explained every nuance of the Escape, even how the back up camera worked. He took great care of me making sure I was comfortable with the whole buying process. The whole staff of Autonation of Union City was great. I will definitely come back and work with Mark again and refer all my friends and family to him.
